يدعم محلل البيانات عمليات التصنيع والخدمات اللوجستية من خلال تحويل البيانات إلى رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ تدعم اتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة. يتطلب هذا الدور قدرات تحليلية قوية، وإتقان النمذجة الإحصائية، وخبرة في أدوات ذكاء الأعمال للمساعدة في تحسين الأداء التشغيلي. يتعاون المحلل مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لتحديد الاتجاهات وتقييم المقاييس التشغيلية وتطوير رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ تدعم المبادرات الاستراتيجية وتحسن نتائج الأعمال. تشمل المسؤوليات تحليل مجموعات البيانات الكبيرة، وبناء لوحات المعلومات والتقارير، وتقديم توصيات واضحة قائمة على البيانات للإدارة. يتطلب النجاح في هذا الدور أساسًا تقنيًا قويًا، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على توصيل المعلومات المعقدة بوضوح وإيجاز. المرشح المثالي يزدهر في بيئة سريعة الخطى وشغوف باستخدام البيانات لحل التحديات التشغيلية وتعزيز الأداء المؤسسي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- جمع متطلبات البيانات والتقارير من أصحاب المصلحة ومستخدمي الأعمال في مجال التصنيع للمقاييس المستخدمة في مراقبة أداء الأعمال.
- جعل البيانات الكبيرة و/أو المعقدة أكثر سهولة في الوصول والفهم والاستخدام.
- تحليل مجموعات البيانات المعقدة لتحديد الأنماط والاتجاهات والرؤى لجميع الفرق التشغيلية.
- تحويل البيانات وتحسينها ودمجها حسب متطلبات الأعمال.
- تطوير وصيانة لوحات معلومات وتقارير ومرئيات قوية لتوصيل النتائج إلى أصحاب المصلحة على جميع المستويات.
- تقديم النتائج والتوصيات للإدارة، وترجمة التحليلات المعقدة إلى رؤى واضحة قابلة للتنفيذ.
- التعاون مع الأقسام المختلفة لتحديد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) والمقاييس لأتمتة أدوات وتقنيات إعداد التقارير.

- الاتصال بالأنظمة المختلفة ومستودع البيانات لتوصيل البيانات بطريقة مفيدة وجذابة للمستخدمين.
- الوصول إلى القدرات التقنية لإطار البيانات لتوصيل البيانات من حيث زمن الوصول وإمكانية الوصول (لابتوب، جوال، تلفزيونات، إلخ) وتقديم حلول تقنية حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، سلسلة التوريد، المالية، علوم البيانات، أو خبرة معادلة في مجال ذي صلة.
- 3-5+ سنوات من الخبرة في تحليل البيانات، إعداد التقارير، التصور، Python، إلخ.
- خبرة في صناعة السيارات (OEM أو موردي المستوى الأول).
- خبرة في العمل في بيئة ديناميكية/ناشئة (ميزة إضافية).
- المرونة في جدول العمل (بما في ذلك الأمسيات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع حسب الحاجة).
- مهارات متقدمة في Python أو لغة برمجة أخرى للأغراض العامة، واستخدام متقدم لمجموعة Microsoft Office. معرفة عملية بـ Smartsheet و SAP و JIRA و Tableau وأي برنامج لتكلفة.

Key Responsibilities
- Gathering business data and reporting requirements from stakeholders, business owners and users from the Manufacturing domain for metrics used to monitor business performance.
- Making large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable and usable.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights for all operational teams.
- Transforming, improving, and integrating data, depending on the business requirements.
- Develop and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Report findings and recommendations to leadership, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with various departments to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to automate reporting tools & techniques.
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses and modeling to support business forecasting and scenario planning.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data management and governance.
- Visualize performance data in LUCID standard live dashboards formats.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization tools.
- Connecting to various systems and a data warehouse to deliver the data in a useful and appealing way to users.
- Access technical capabilities of the data framework to deliver data from a latency and accessibility perspective (laptop, mobile, TVs, etc.) and provide technical solutions as needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Ability to deep-dive data from both a top-down and bottom-up approach.
- Ability to think strategically and communicate strategies effectively.
- Experience in the Automotive Industry (OEM or Tier 1 Suppliers).
- Experience working in a dynamic/start-up environment is a plus.
- Flexibility in the work schedule is required (to include evenings and weekends, as needed).
- Advanced skills in Python or other general-purpose programming language, Microsoft office advanced user. Working knowledge of Smartsheet, SAP, JIRA, Tableau, and any costing software.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Science, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, visualization, Python, etc.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with complex analysis and data analytics in a Manufacturing context.
- In-depth understanding of automotive Interior market dynamics and performance reporting mechanisms.
- Competency with SQL, Tableau and other data visualization software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make strategic decisions.
- Creative problem-solver with calculated risk-taking ability.
- Experience in supplier relationship management and dispute resolution.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and emerging technologies in Interior components.
- Cost Engineering experience.
- Start-up working experience is a plus.
