تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East عن توفر وظيفة مهندس كهربائي أول - العاكس (Sr. Electrical Engineer, Inverter) في مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية بمكة المكرمة، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى المهندس الكهربائي الأول للعاكس مسؤولية متطلبات التجميع وفق التصميم لمكونات إلكترونيات القدرة للعاكس (Inverter Power Electronics) ومواصفات اختبار نهاية الخط (EOL) المرتبطة بها. كما يتحمل مسؤولية تحليل الأسباب الجذرية لمشكلات المنتج، وتطوير/التحقق/تنفيذ إجراءات الاحتواء المؤقتة، وتطوير/التحقق/تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية الدائمة عند الاقتضاء، وذلك بالتعاون الوثيق مع فريق الهندسة الأساسية لضمان تحقيق متطلبات التصميم والتحقق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- حل مشكلات المكونات/النظام المعقدة باستخدام تقنيات حل المشكلات القياسية لإلكترونيات القدرة للعاكس وواجهة البرمجيات المرتبطة بها.
- حل المشكلات الاستباقي القائم على البيانات، وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية، وتجنب المشكلات الناتجة عن انحرافات العمليات أو مشكلات جودة القطع الحرجة.
- بناء عمق فني لاستكشاف جميع مكونات إلكترونيات القدرة للعاكس ومعدات اختبار نهاية الخط ومواصفات الاختبار المرتبطة بها.
- المسؤولية عن متطلبات التجميع وفق التصميم لتجميع إلكترونيات القدرة للعاكس وفرضها على خط الإنتاج بالتعاون الوثيق مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف.
- دعم إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة، وتنفيذ انحرافات التنازل عن القطع لإلكترونيات القدرة للعاكس ومواصفات الاختبار المرتبطة بها في المصنع.
- دعم أنشطة زيادة الإنتاج بكميات كبيرة المتعلقة بأنشطة هندسة المنتج.
- تقديم المشورة بشأن تطوير عملية التجميع والتحسينات المحتملة لخطوط الإنتاج عالية الحجم.
- قيادة إدارة تغيير المنتج لمعالجة مشكلات توافق المنتج المعروفة للإنتاج عالي الحجم أو مشكلات تصميم المنتج المعروفة في الإنتاج بالتعاون الوثيق مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف عند الاقتضاء.
المهارات المطلوبة
- حل المشكلات الهيكلي للمنتج وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية باستخدام تقنيات الصناعة القياسية.
- تحليل البيانات المتقدم باستخدام الأساليب والأدوات الإحصائية مثل Minitab وJMP وPython وMATLAB.
- خبرة فنية في إلكترونيات القدرة للعاكس، بما في ذلك الواجهات المرتبطة واستكشاف الأخطاء.
- خبرة في الدوائر الإلكترونية التناظرية والرقمية.
- إتقان استخدام معدات المختبرات مثل راسمات الذبذبات (oscilloscopes) ومولدات الإشارات والمجسات ومحللات القدرة ومصادر الطاقة DC/AC.

الشروط والمتطلبات

Position Overview
Sr. Electrical Engineer, Inverter is responsible for design intent assembly requirements of Inverter Power Electronics & associated EOL test specifications. Responsible for root cause analysis of product issues, interim containment action development/verification/implementation, & permanent corrective action development/verification/implementation where applicable with close collaboration with core engineering to ensure design intent & validation requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve complex component/system level problems using standard problem-solving techniques for inverter power electronics & associated software interface
- Data driven proactive problem solving, root cause analysis & issue avoidance due to process deviations or critical part quality issues
- Establish technical depth to troubleshoot all Inverter Power Electronics components and associated interface EOL test equipment/test specifications
- Responsible for design intent assembly requirements for Inverter Power Electronics assembly & associated enforcement on the line in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Support new product launches, execute part concession deviations for Inverter Power Electronics & associated test specification in the manufacturing plant
- Support high volume production ramp activities pertaining to product engineering activities
- Advice on build process development and possible improvements for high volume production lines
- Lead product change management to address known product compatibility issues for high volume production or known product design issues in production in close collaboration with cross-functional teams where appropriate
- Structured product problem-solving and root cause analysis using industry-standard techniques
- Advanced data analysis using statistical methods and tools such as Minitab, JMP, Python, and MATLAB
- Technical expertise in Inverter Power Electronics, including associated interfaces and troubleshooting
- Expertise in analog and digital electronic circuits
- Proficiency with laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, probes, power analyzers, and DC/AC power supplies
- Knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility and Power Electronics functional testing
- Knowledge of communication protocols and associated troubleshooting
- Proficiency in DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, DVP&R, DFM/DFA, and RCA
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and technical documentation skills
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with 5+ years of automotive experience in vehicle attribute design and release, or a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with 6+ years of relevant automotive experience
- Prior experience in a resident product engineering role within a manufacturing plant
- Experience in the development or improvement of Power Electronics products
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification or certification in engineering fundamentals
- Collegiate FSAE, BAJA, or similar experience is preferred
