يدعم الفني الأول (Senior Technician) قسم تصنيع وحدات التحكم الإلكترونية (ECU Manufacturing) من خلال التنفيذ التقني العملي لجاهزية إصدارات البرمجيات، وبرمجة وحدات التحكم (ECU flashing)، واختبارات التصنيع، ودعم الإنتاج المستمر. تشمل المهام بشكل مستقل دعم اختبارات ما قبل الإصدار، وصيانة أدوات البرمجة وأجهزة محطات الاختبار، وحل المشكلات التقنية التي تؤثر على النماذج الهندسية وطرح الإنتاج. يتطلب المنصب معرفة عملية متقدمة في الإلكترونيات، وأنظمة Windows، والمخططات الكهربائية، والأسلاك، والموصلات، وواجهات التشخيص، واستكشاف الأعطال الكهربائية، مع التنسيق مع مهندسي اختبار التصنيع، ومديري البرامج التقنية، ومهندسي البرمجيات، وفرق العمليات، والمصنعين المتعاقدين عبر برامج متعددة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إنشاء وتتبع إصدارات برمجيات وحدات التحكم الإلكترونية (ECU) للنماذج الهندسية وأنشطة الإنتاج.
- العمل كفني رئيسي لدعم المستخدمين وتنسيق أنشطة إصدار البرمجيات في منطقة البرمجة (flashing area).
- تنفيذ عملية إصدار برمجيات وحدات التحكم الداخلية بالتعاون مع فرق اختبار التصنيع والعمليات والمصنعين المتعاقدين.
- التعاون مع مديري البرامج التقنية ومهندسي البرمجيات ومهندسي الاختبار لتنفيذ وصيانة أدوات الإصدار والعمليات والحلول الداعمة.
- توفير مواقع ملفات البرمجيات وأدوات البرمجة ومعلومات التتبع والدعم الفني المرتبط للنماذج الهندسية والإنتاج.
- إبلاغ مهندس الاختبار المسؤول بالأنشطة والمخاطر والمشكلات والحالة للبرامج الموكلة.
- مراجعة وتتبع ودعم اعتماد طلبات تغيير البرمجيات (DEVREQs) وتقارير تغيير الهندسة (ECRs) لوحدات التحكم الداخلية والخارجية.
- التنسيق بين إصدارات ونماذج ونشرات متعددة متزامنة من مرحلة التطوير حتى طرح الإنتاج.
- تنفيذ وتتبع اختبارات البرمجيات قبل الإصدار في مختبر اختبار التصنيع ومواقع المصنعين المتعاقدين والمواقع الداخلية.
- تتبع المشكلات المفتوحة في البرمجيات ومحطات الاختبار، وإجراء استكشاف الأعطال التقني، ودفع الإجراءات الموكلة نحو الحل.
- فحص واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح والتحقق من الأسلاك والموصلات والتوصيلات الكهربائية المستخدمة في برمجة وحدات التحكم ومحطات الاختبار.
- تشخيص وحل مشكلات الاتصال عبر USB وEthernet والمنفذ التسلسلي وواجهات التشخيص وأدوات البرمجة.
- صيانة أجهزة محطات الاختبار من خلال استكشاف أعطال Windows وإعداد البرمجيات وتثبيت برامج التشغيل ودعم اتصال الشبكة وتكوين الأجهزة الطرفية.
- تقديم إرشادات تقنية عملية للفنيين والمستخدمين الآخرين ضمن النطاق المحدد عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم تقني في تكنولوجيا السيارات أو الإلكترونيات أو الميكاترونكس أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- 6+ سنوات من الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة في تشخيص السيارات، وبرمجة وحدات التحكم الإلكترونية، واستكشاف أعطال الإلكترونيات، واختبار التصنيع، ودعم الإنتاج، أو بيئة تقنية مشابهة.
- قدرة مثبتة على استكشاف أعطال أنظمة برمجة وحدات التحكم وأجهزة محطات الاختبار والأسلاك والموصلات وواجهات التشخيص ومشكلات الاتصال بشكل مستقل.
- خبرة عملية في دعم إصدارات البرمجيات والنماذج الهندسية وأنشطة اختبار التصنيع أو طرح الإنتاج.
- يفضل خبرة في التصنيع أو دعم الإنتاج في قطاع السيارات.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفهية فعّالة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة عملية متقدمة في برمجة وحدات التحكم الإلكترونية وأنشطة اختبار التصنيع واستكشاف أعطال الإلكترونيات ودعم الإنتاج.
- معرفة عمل قوية بأنظمة تشغيل Windows وأجهزة محطات الاختبار وتثبيت البرمجيات وبرامج التشغيل والشبكات وتكوين الأجهزة الطرفية.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات الكهربائية وتوصيلات الموصلات والتعليمات الفنية واستكشاف أعطال الأسلاك والموصلات والدوائر الكهربائية بشكل مستقل.
- القدرة على تشخيص مشكلات الاتصال عبر USB وEthernet والمنفذ التسلسلي وواجهات التشخيص وأدوات البرمجة.
- القدرة على إدارة إصدارات ونماذج وأنشطة اختبار وإجراءات حل مشكلات متعددة بشكل متزامن.
- انضباط قوي في التوثيق التقني وإعداد التقارير والتنظيم والتتبع. القدرة على العمل بفعالية مع فرق التصنيع والهندسة والعمليات والموردين والمصنعين المتعاقدين عبر مناطق مختلفة.
- يفضل معرفة بروتوكولات UDS وCAN وDoIP على مستوى المستخدم.
- إتقان استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office والأنظمة القائمة على Windows.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and track ECU software releases for engineering builds and production activities.
- Act as the primary technician supporting users and coordinating software-release activities within the flashing area.
- Execute the in-house ECU software-release process with Manufacturing Test, Operations, and contract manufacturers.
- Collaborate with technical program managers, software engineers, and test engineers to implement and maintain release tools, processes, and supporting solutions.
- Provide software-file locations, flashing tools, traceability information, and related technical support for engineering builds and production.
- Communicate activities, risks, issues, and status for assigned programs to the responsible Test Engineer.
- Review, track, and support sign-off of software DEVREQs and ECRs for internal and external ECUs.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent releases, builds, and deployments from development through production rollout.
- Execute and track pre-release software testing in the Manufacturing Test laboratory, contract-manufacturer locations, and internal sites.
- Track open software and test-station issues, perform technical troubleshooting, and drive assigned actions to resolution.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and verify harnesses, connectors, wiring, and pinouts used in ECU flashing and test stations.
- Diagnose and resolve USB, Ethernet, serial, diagnostic-interface, and flashing-tool communication issues.
- Maintain test-station computers through Windows troubleshooting, software setup, driver installation, network-connectivity support, and peripheral configuration.
- Provide practical technical guidance to other technicians and users within the assigned scope when required.
- Advanced practical knowledge of ECU flashing, manufacturing test activities, electronics troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, test-station computers, software installation, drivers, networks, and peripheral configuration.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, connector pinouts, and technical instructions and independently troubleshoot harnesses, connectors, and electrical circuits.
- Ability to diagnose USB, Ethernet, serial, diagnostic-interface, and flashing-tool communication issues.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent releases, builds, testing activities, and issue resolution actions.
- Strong technical documentation, status reporting, organization, and traceability discipline. Ability to work effectively with manufacturing, engineering, operations, suppliers, and contract manufacturers across different regions.
- Knowledge of UDS, CAN, and DoIP protocols at user level is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Windows-based systems.
- Technical diploma in Automotive Technology, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 6+ years of relevant hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics, ECU flashing, electronics troubleshooting, manufacturing testing, production support, or a closely related technical environment.
- Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot ECU flashing systems, test station computers, wiring, harnesses, connectors, diagnostic interfaces, and communication issues.
- Practical experience supporting software releases, engineering builds, manufacturing test activities, or production rollout.
- Automotive manufacturing or production-support experience is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
