المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ تقديم الخدمة وفقاً لمعايير العلامة التجارية بدقة.
- ضمان إتمام الطلبات في الوقت المحدد وبعناية فائقة.
- المشاركة الكاملة في الدورات التدريبية للقسم لتعزيز المهارات المهنية ورفع مستوى الخدمة.
- التفاعل مع النزلاء بأسلوب مهني ومهذب لتعظيم رضاهم.
- المساهمة في الأداء المالي للفندق من خلال خدمة فعالة وعالية الجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية السعودية.
- خبرة عمل قليلة أو معدومة (حديثي التخرج أو خبرة لا تتجاوز 6 أشهر في مجال ذي صلة).
- مهارات أساسية في اللغة الإنجليزية (إجبارية).
- شغف قوي بمجال الضيافة.
- القدرة على العمل بجدول مرن حسب احتياجات القسم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل وتعامل ممتازة مع الآخرين.
- روح الفريق والتعاون مع الزملاء ومساعدتهم بشكل استباقي.
- القدرة على التركيز على احتياجات النزلاء مع الحفاظ على الهدوء واللباقة.

Job Description
As an F&B Waiter, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and professional delivery of services to hotel guests. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
- Executing service delivery in strict adherence to brand service standards
- Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment, with meticulous attention to detail
- Participating fully in departmental training sessions to enhance professional skills and elevate service levels
- Engaging with guests in a professional and courteous manner to maximize guest satisfaction
- Contributing to the hotel's financial performance through efficient and high-quality service
- Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Basic English skills are a must.
- Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
