Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts تعلن عن وظيفة مشرف تدبير منزلي (للذكور - سعوديون فقط) في منطقة مكة المكرمة، للعمل في Swissôtel Al Maqam، أحد الفنادق الفاخرة القريبة من المسجد الحرام.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمة احترافية وودودة وجذابة باستمرار.
- قيادة والإشراف على العمليات اليومية للقسم لضمان اتباع معايير الخدمة.
- التعامل مع استفسارات النزلاء والرد عليها فوراً، مع تسجيلها وإبلاغ الأقسام المعنية.
- المشاركة الفاعلة في الإحاطات اليومية وجلسات التحفيز واجتماعات القسم.
- التأكد من إبلاغ عمال الغرف يومياً بأولويات العمل في أقسامهم.
- اتباع سياسات وإجراءات القسم.
- الإبلاغ عن أعمال الصيانة الضرورية.
- اتباع جميع سياسات السلامة والنظافة.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى تُسند إليه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية السعودية (شرط أساسي).
- خبرة سابقة في منصب قيادي (ميزة إضافية).
- شهادة جامعية أو كلية في تخصص ذي صلة (ميزة إضافية).
- الوقوف والمشي المستمر طوال فترة المناوبة.
- رفع وحمل حمولات تصل إلى 30 رطلاً (14 كلغم) أحياناً.
- الركوع والدفع والسحب والرفع أحياناً.
- صعود ونزول السلالم والمنحدرات أحياناً.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنظيم.
- قدرات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين وحل المشكلات.
- مستوى عالٍ من المسؤولية والموثوقية.
- القدرة على العمل بتوافق مع الزملاء ضمن فريق.

Job Description
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed.
- Handle guest concerns and respond promptly, logging and notifying the appropriate departments.
- Actively participate in daily briefings, warm-ups, and departmental meetings.
- Ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities in their section.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures.
- Report necessary maintenance items.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous leadership experience (an asset).
- University/College degree in a related discipline (an asset).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of responsibility and reliability.
- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
- Constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
