المهام والمسؤوليات
- تمثيل Hypemasters محليًا كوجه للشركة في السعودية، وبناء الوعي بالعلامة التجارية عبر منظومة الألعاب والأعمال.
- بناء علاقات مع محترفي الصناعة والشركاء المحتملين والمستثمرين والجهات الحكومية ومنظمات الألعاب وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- حضور الفعاليات والمؤتمرات ذات الصلة بالألعاب والتقنية والأعمال والاستثمار نيابة عن الشركة، وتطوير اتصالات قيّمة.
- تطوير الشراكات من خلال تحديد فرص التعاون والمقدمات التي تعود بالنفع على Hypemasters وألعابها.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال محلية لأصحاب المصلحة، والحفاظ على العلاقات ومتابعة الاستفسارات بشكل مناسب.
- إطلاع الفريق الدولي عبر تحديثات أسبوعية تشمل الاجتماعات والاتصالات الجديدة وتطورات السوق والفرص المحتملة والتوصيات.
- مراقبة تطورات صناعة الألعاب السعودية والمبادرات الحكومية ومنظومة الألعاب والفرص المتاحة لنمو حضور الشركة.
- تنسيق الأنشطة المحلية كتنظيم الاجتماعات والفعاليات والمقدمات لتعزيز موقع Hypemasters في السوق.
- بناء شبكة علاقات محلية بشكل استباقي وتحديد من يجب مقابلته وأي الفعاليات حضورها وأين يجب أن تتواجد الشركة.
- تحمل مسؤولية الأنشطة المحلية بشكل مستقل ومتابعة الفرص وضمان رؤية الفريق للتقدم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية (شرط أساسي).
- إجادة ممتازة للغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
- الاستعداد للسفر محليًا لحضور الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات والفعاليات الصناعية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة مع الثقة في مقابلة أشخاص جدد وبناء علاقات على جميع المستويات.
- شخصية اجتماعية واستباقية بطبيعتها، تستمتع بالتواجد في السوق ومقابلة الناس وبناء الاتصالات.
- مهارات قوية في بناء الشبكات والقدرة على تمثيل الشركة بشكل احترافي.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية مع القدرة على إدارة الاجتماعات والفعاليات والمتابعات والأولويات المتنافسة بشكل مستقل.
- مبادرة ذاتية تأخذ زمام المبادرة وتحدد الفرص وتتابعها دون الحاجة إلى توجيه مستمر.
- مهارات كتابة قوية مع القدرة على تقديم تحديثات أسبوعية واضحة ومنظمة لفريق دولي.
- اهتمام بالألعاب أو التقنية أو الشركات الناشئة أو منظومة الأعمال بشكل عام.
- يفضل: خبرة في الشراكات أو إدارة المجتمع أو تطوير الأعمال أو علاقات أصحاب المصلحة أو الفعاليات أو دور مشابه يتعامل مع الناس.

- Represent Hypemasters locally: Act as the face of the company in Saudi Arabia, representing our brand and building awareness across the local gaming and business ecosystem.
- Build relationships: Connect with industry professionals, potential partners, investors, government entities, gaming organisations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Attend events and conferences: Identify and attend relevant gaming, technology, business, and investment events on behalf of Hypemasters, developing valuable connections and representing the company.
- Develop partnerships: Identify potential partnerships, introductions, and collaboration opportunities that could benefit Hypemasters and its games.
- Be the local point of contact: Serve as the main contact for local stakeholders, maintaining relationships and ensuring enquiries are followed up appropriately.
- Keep the team informed: Provide weekly updates covering meetings, new contacts, market developments, upcoming events, potential opportunities, and recommended next steps.
- Stay close to the market: Monitor developments in the Saudi gaming industry, relevant government initiatives, ecosystem developments, and opportunities for Hypemasters to grow its presence.
- Coordinate local activities: Help organise meetings, events, introductions, and other activities that strengthen Hypemasters' position in the market.
- Build our local network: Proactively identify who we should meet, which events we should attend, and where Hypemasters should establish a presence.
- Take ownership: Manage local activities independently, follow up on opportunities, and ensure the wider team has visibility of progress.
- Saudi national. This is an essential requirement for the role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to meet new people and build relationships at all levels.
- A naturally outgoing, sociable, and proactive personality. Someone who enjoys being out in the market, meeting people, and making connections.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to represent a company professionally.
- Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage meetings, events, follow-ups, and competing priorities independently.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, identifies opportunities, and follows through without needing constant direction.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, structured weekly updates to an international team.
- An interest in gaming, technology, startups, or the wider business ecosystem.
- Willingness to travel locally to attend meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.
- Experience in partnerships, community management, business development, stakeholder relations, events, or a similar people-facing role.
- An existing network within the Saudi gaming, esports, technology, startup, or investment ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's gaming industry and its key organisations, initiatives, and events.
- Experience representing a company at conferences, networking events, or industry meetings.
