شركة Larsen & Toubro تعلن عن وظيفة Electrical Execution Engineer-TL في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

تقديم التقارير إلى مدير الإنشاءات/المشروع والإشراف على أنشطة الإنشاءات.
التنسيق مع مدير الإنشاءات/المشروع والعميل والمقاول من الباطن والإشراف على أنشطة الإنشاءات الموكلة، وضمان الامتثال للمواصفات بما يرضي العميل.
إعداد برنامج أسبوعي مفصل لأنشطة الإنشاءات وتحديد متطلبات القوى العاملة/الموارد لتحقيق إنجاز المشروع في الوقت المحدد.
إعداد وتقديم التقارير اليومية.
تنسيق أنشطة الإنشاءات لمختلف الخدمات الكهربائية لضمان التسلسل الصحيح للأنشطة.
عقد اجتماعات إنشائية منتظمة مع طاقم الموقع والمقاولين من الباطن لمراجعة ومراقبة وتقييم التقدم في جميع الأنشطة الأساسية.
ضمان التقدم المطرد وفي الوقت المناسب وفقًا للجداول الشهرية، وقياس واعتماد فواتير المقاولين من الباطن.
ضمان تحديث جميع المعلومات المتعلقة بالرسومات الفنية وقوائم المعدات الكهربائية وقوائم معدات الإنشاءات والمواصفات الفنية وتوفيرها بسهولة.
ضمان تقديم الرسومات المحدّثة وتقارير الاختبار.
تنفيذ خطة ضمان الجودة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS) المعتمدة في جميع أنحاء الموقع.
التحقق من دقة الوثائق أثناء التنسيق بين التخصصات المختلفة وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالإنشاءات بسرعة وبشكل مناسب.
تعزيز ثقافة عمل إيجابية لتشجيع الممارسات الأخلاقية والمهنية من قبل جميع الموظفين في موقع المشروع.
معالجة القضايا الهامة قبل أن تؤثر سلبًا على الشركة والعميل.
أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها مدير المشروع/الإنشاءات.

Report to construction/project manager to administer the construction activities.
Liaise with the construction/project manager, client, and subcontractor and supervise construction activities allocated. Ensure compliance with specification to the satisfaction of the client.
Responsible for developing detailed weekly program for construction activities and preparing manpower /resource requirement to achieve the timely completion of project.
Responsible for preparation and submission of daily reports.
Coordinate construction activities for various electrical services to ensure and enforce the correct sequencing of construction activities.
Conduct regular construction meetings with site staff and subcontractors to review, control, communicate and assess the progress of all essential activities.
Ensure the steady and timely progress against monthly schedules and measurement & certification of subcontractor invoices.
Ensure that all information related to technical drawings, electrical equipment lists, construction equipment lists, technical specifications are updated and readily available
Ensure submission of marked up drawings and test reports.
Implement the set Quality Assurance & EHS Plan throughout the site
Check the relevance and accuracy of documentation during inter-disciplinary coordination &resolve construction-related problems swiftly and appropriately
Promote a favorable work culture to encourage ethical and professional practice by all employees at the project site
Address significant issues before they have adverse impact on the company and client
Responsible for any other task/duties as designated by the Project/Construction Manager.
