Role Description The Restaurant Supervisor at Nawa Patio is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. The supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, coordinating floor service, and ensuring food and beverage standards are consistently met. This role monitors guest flow, addresses customer concerns, and supports team members to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment. The supervisor collaborates with the kitchen and service teams to uphold quality, hygiene, and safety standards, while driving customer satisfaction and smooth service. Additional responsibilities include training staff, supporting inventory control, and assisting with implementation of promotional activities and customer experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, staff coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess skills in customer satisfaction and customer service, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to give constructive feedback.
• Candidates should possess food & beverage knowledge, including basic understanding of restaurant service standards and quality, hygiene, and safety practices.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic point-of-sale and restaurant management systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are considered a plus.
