Role Description The Cafe Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for overseeing daily cafe operations and ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience. This role includes supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and providing hands-on support during busy periods. The Cafe Manager monitors food and beverage preparation, maintains hygiene and safety standards, and coordinates inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships. The manager also handles customer feedback, supports sales initiatives, tracks performance metrics, and collaborates with management to implement operational improvements, promotions, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Experience in food & beverage and food service operations, including product knowledge and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Sales skills to promote menu items, increase revenue, and support upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Proven experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management, including team supervision and shift leadership.
• Ability to manage inventory, control costs, and work with suppliers and vendors.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in daily operations and guest experience.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and operational reporting tools.
• Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by cafe operations.
