وظيفة مدير مشاريع إنشائية لدى MIMCO Arabia في الرياض

MIMCO Arabia is the main contractor for a large-scale palace construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and we are hiring a Project Manager. You will lead the project from mobilization to handover and report to the Project Director.

Responsibilities:

• Manage scope, schedule, cost and quality for the full project.
• Prepare and update the project programme, budget and cash flow.
• Coordinate with the client, consultant, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Lead the site team, including engineers, foremen and document control.
• Control variations, claims and change orders.
• Enforce HSE and quality requirements on site.
• Run weekly progress meetings and issue monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least 10 years in construction, including 5 years as Project Manager, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project and FIDIC contracts.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience on high-end or luxury building projects is an advantage.
• Fluent English. Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi iqama.
