The Opportunity

We are seeking three exceptional co-founders with complementary expertise in institutional capital, biotechnology operations, and pharmaceutical transactions.

These are entrepreneurial leadership opportunities for accomplished professionals who want to build a global life sciences enterprise from its foundation.

1. Co-Founder - Investor Relations & Capital Development

Preferred location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Lead QudEra's investor engagement, capital strategy, and institutional relationships across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with sovereign-linked investment institutions, family offices, venture capital firms, private equity investors, and strategic pharmaceutical investors.
• Develop and execute QudEra's institutional fundraising strategy.
• Support operating-company financing and asset-specific investment structures.
• Manage investor communications, investment presentations, and strategic capital partnerships.
• Support the establishment of QudEra's Saudi institutional and operating presence.

Ideal Background

Senior experience in institutional investment, venture capital, private equity, family offices, investor relations, or healthcare investment.

Demonstrated involvement in completed financing transactions and a strong understanding of Saudi and GCC capital markets are highly desirable.

2. Co-Founder - Biotechnology Operations & Strategic Partnerships

Location: Saudi Arabia / International

Lead the development of QudEra's operating capabilities and strategic biotechnology partnerships across global and regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology developers, clinical research institutions, and manufacturing organizations.
• Coordinate international scientific and clinical development resources.
• Develop operating plans for acquired or partnered pharmaceutical assets.
• Support Saudi clinical research, technology transfer, and development partnerships.
• Build the operational infrastructure required to advance assets from acquisition through development readiness and external partnering.

Ideal Background

Senior leadership experience in biotechnology operations, pharmaceutical development, clinical development, strategic alliances, or life sciences corporate development.

Candidates should understand the operational requirements of advancing clinical-stage therapeutics and have experience executing cross-organizational partnerships.

3. Co-Founder - Pharmaceutical Investment, Financial Modeling & Licensing

Location: United States / Saudi Arabia / International

Lead the financial underwriting, transaction analysis, and acquisition structuring of QudEra's global pharmaceutical asset portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Build risk-adjusted financial models for pharmaceutical licensing, acquisitions, and NewCo formation.
• Lead commercial and financial due diligence for clinical-stage therapeutic assets.
• Structure licensing economics, milestone payments, royalties, seller participation, and asset-level investment arrangements.
• Evaluate development costs, financing requirements, asset valuations, and potential exit pathways.
• Support negotiations with pharmaceutical asset owners, investors, and strategic development partners.
• Develop investment memoranda and asset-specific capital allocation recommendations.

Ideal Background

Experience in biotechnology investment banking, pharmaceutical business development and licensing, healthcare private equity, life sciences venture capital, or pharmaceutical corporate development.

Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical transaction modeling, licensing agreements, valuation, and investment structuring is strongly preferred.

A scientific background is not required for every position. We are intentionally assembling a multidisciplinary founding team combining scientific, institutional, operational, and financial expertise.

Founding Partnership & Compensation

These are equity-participating co-founder opportunities, not conventional salaried executive appointments at this stage.

Equity participation, governance responsibilities, vesting, time commitments, and future compensation will be negotiated individually based on the candidate's expertise, contributions, and long-term responsibilities.

Any salaried compensation will depend on the company's financing and agreed operating arrangements.

We are seeking active founding partners, not passive advisers or individuals offering introductions alone.
