نبذة عن الوظيفة
خبير العمليات مسؤول عن الإشراف على المراحل التجارية والتشغيلية لنظام المترو خلال فترة التشغيل والصيانة (O&M)، وضمان أن جميع أنشطة المقاول تلبي المتطلبات التعاقدية ومعايير الخدمة. يركز هذا الدور على تقديم خدمات ركاب آمنة وفعالة وعالية الجودة، مع إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة للمحطات والمستودعات. كما يلعب خبير العمليات دورًا حاسمًا في دعم مدراء العمليات في المهام اليومية والاستجابة للحوادث والطوارئ على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع، لضمان استمرارية التشغيل والالتزام بأفضل الممارسات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الأنشطة التشغيلية لمقاولي التشغيل والصيانة لضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التعاقدية
- مراقبة الأداء التجاري وأداء تقديم الخدمة عبر عمليات المترو
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة للمحطات والمستودعات والمرافق التشغيلية
- ضمان تقديم خدمات ركاب آمنة وفعالة وعالية الجودة
- التحقق من الالتزام بالمعايير والإجراءات التشغيلية وأفضل الممارسات
- دعم مدراء العمليات في الأنشطة اليومية وصنع القرار
- الاستجابة للحوادث والإصابات والطوارئ في الوقت المناسب وبفعالية
- تقديم دعم تشغيلي على مدار الساعة أثناء الأحداث الحرجة والاضطرابات
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والفرق الداخلية لحل المشكلات التشغيلية
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والمتطلبات التنظيمية
- مراقبة موثوقية الخدمة وتنفيذ التحسينات عند الحاجة
- الحفاظ على توثيق وإبلاغ نتائج التفتيش والحوادث والأداء التشغيلي
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة العمليات أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمليات على المستويين الفني والإداري
- خبرة في أنظمة المترو أو السكك الحديدية أو النقل
- فهم قوي لأنشطة التشغيل والصيانة ومعايير تقديم الخدمة
- خبرة في عمليات وتفتيش المحطات والمستودعات
- معرفة إجراءات السلامة وإدارة الاستجابة للطوارئ
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات
- قدرات جيدة في التواصل والتنسيق
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة تشغيلية سريعة الوتيرة وذات ضغط عالٍ
- الاستعداد لتقديم دعم على مدار الساعة عند الحاجة

Overview
The Operations Expert is responsible for overseeing the commercial and operational phases of the metro system during the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) period, ensuring that all contractor activities meet contractual requirements and service standards. Your role
- Oversee O&M Contractors' operational activities to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Monitor commercial and service delivery performance across metro operations
- Conduct regular inspections of stations, depots, and operational facilities
- Ensure delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality passenger services
- Verify adherence to operational standards, procedures, and best practices
- Support Operations Managers in daily operational activities and decision-making
- Respond to incidents, accidents, and emergencies in a timely and effective manner
- Provide 24/7 operational support during critical events and disruptions
- Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor service reliability and implement improvements where required
- Maintain documentation and reporting of inspections, incidents, and operational performance
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of technical and managerial experience in operations
- Experience in metro, railway, or transportation systems
- Strong understanding of O&M'activities and service delivery standards
- Experience in station and depot operations and inspections
- Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure operational environment
- Willingness to provide 24/7 support when required
