تعلن فنادق ومنتجعات Raffles عن توفر وظيفة أمين مخازن (Storekeeper) للعمل في منتجع Raffles The Red Sea بمدينة أملج (تبوك)، المملكة العربية السعودية. يقع المنتجع ضمن مشروع البحر الأحمر الرائد، ويضم 361 غرفة و11 مطعماً وسبا وملعب غولف، ليكون وجهة فاخرة محاطة بالطبيعة البكر. سيلعب المرشح دوراً محورياً في الحفاظ على المخزون وضمان سير العمليات في المنتجع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة مرافق التخزين في المنتجع وضمان تنظيم وتوفير المستلزمات بشكل مناسب.
  • استلام وفحص وتسجيل الشحنات الواردة من البضائع والمواد.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات مخزون دقيقة باستخدام أنظمة إدارة المخزون المحوسبة.
  • إجراء الجرد الدوري للمخزون وتسوية الفروقات.
  • معالجة طلبات التوريد وتوزيع المستلزمات على مختلف أقسام المنتجع.
  • التعاون مع قسم المشتريات للحفاظ على مستويات المخزون المثلى ومنع النقص.
  • ضمان ظروف تخزين مناسبة لجميع الأصناف بما فيها المواد القابلة للتلف والحساسة.
  • تطبيق إجراءات السلامة والأمن في مناطق التخزين.
  • إعداد تقارير حول مستويات المخزون وأنماط الاستهلاك والمؤشرات الأخرى ذات الصلة.
  • المساعدة في تحديد والتخلص من أصناف المخزون التالفة أو منتهية الصلاحية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة دبلوم الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة سابقة في مجال التخزين أو إدارة المخزون (يفضل في قطاع الضيافة).
  • إتقان استخدام أنظمة إدارة المخزون وحزمة Microsoft Office ولا سيما Excel.
  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية مع اهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • مهارات حسابية ممتازة لضمان دقة السجلات والحسابات المخزنية.
  • مهارات تواصل فعالة شفهياً وكتابياً.
  • القدرة على رفع وحمل أوزان ثقيلة (حتى 22 كجم) والوقوف لفترات طويلة.
  • معرفة بتقنيات التخزين المناسبة لمختلف أنواع المستلزمات والمواد.
  • شهادة في إدارة المخزون (يفضل).
  • الإلمام بعمليات سلسلة التوريد في قطاع الضيافة (يفضل).
  • القدرة على العمل ساعات مرنة تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والأعياد حسب الحاجة.

Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea, positioned in the Kingdom’s groundbreaking Red Sea Project, will provide visitors access to a nature-focused resort. Job Description

Raffles The Red Sea, located in the beautiful coastal city of Umluj, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an organized and efficient Storekeeper to join our team. As a Storekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our inventory and ensuring smooth operations of our luxury resort.

  • Manage and oversee the resort's storage facilities, ensuring proper organization and accessibility of supplies
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods and materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory management systems
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Process requisitions and distribute supplies to various departments within the resort
  • Collaborate with purchasing department to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages
  • Ensure proper storage conditions for all items, including perishables and sensitive materials
  • Implement and maintain safety and security procedures in the storage areas
  • Prepare reports on inventory levels, usage patterns, and other relevant metrics
  • Assist in identifying and disposing of obsolete or damaged inventory items

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent math skills for accurate record-keeping and inventory calculations
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Knowledge of proper storage techniques for various types of supplies and materials
  • Certification in inventory management (preferred)
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry supply chain processes (preferred)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
