تعلن شركة GE Vernova عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة في مدينة الشرقية الدمام، السعودية، لمسمى "قائد هندسة - الخدمات الميدانية" (Lead Engineer-Field Services). ستكون مسؤولاً عن التركيب الموقعي وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة المحركات والمولدات، بالإضافة إلى تقديم الدعم الفني للعملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • القيام بالتركيب الموقعي، والتشغيل، والتجديد، والبدء، والصيانة، واستكشاف الأعطال، وترقية أنظمة المحركات المتزامنة والحثية ذات الجهد المتوسط، والمولدات، وأنظمة الإثارة و AVR، مع معرفة بأنظمة محركات السرعة المتغيرة ذات الجهد المتوسط.
  • الاستجابة لطلبات الإصلاح والخدمات الطارئة.
  • تقديم التوجيه والمساعدة التقنية لممثلي العملاء فيما يتعلق بالتركيب والتشغيل والمعايرة والإصلاح والصيانة في مواقع العملاء.
  • إعداد التقارير الفنية، وطلب المواد، والحصول على عروض الأسعار، وإعداد تقارير حالة العمل، وتقارير العملاء، وجداول الوقت، وجداول المصروفات بشكل كامل وفي الوقت المحدد.
  • توفير القيادة والتوجيه الفني للعمالة الماهرة التي تؤدي الأعمال في مواقع العملاء.
  • الحفاظ على عقلية سلامة قوية لضمان أن العمل المنفذ يعكس المتطلبات الفنية ضمن معايير السلامة لشركة GE.
  • إعداد تقارير فنية دقيقة وفي الوقت المحدد لسجلات العملاء كمرجع لأعمال الصيانة المستقبلية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة من كلية أو جامعة معتمدة (يفضل الهندسة الكهربائية).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في الخدمات الميدانية مع محركات الجهد المتوسط، والمولدات، وأنظمة الإثارة، وتشغيل المعدات الدوارة.
  • خبرة عملية في الفحص الكهربائي وتشغيل الآلات الكهربائية الدوارة وأنظمة القيادة.
  • القدرة والاستعداد للسفر بنسبة 80% من الوقت تقريباً حسب الحاجة.
  • القدرة والاستعداد لامتلاك والحفاظ على رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول (ميزة مرغوبة).
  • القدرة والاستعداد للعمل عن بُعد عند الحاجة (ميزة مرغوبة).
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف (ميزة مرغوبة).
  • عقلية خدمة عملاء قوية (ميزة مرغوبة).
  • خبرة سابقة في الهندسة الميدانية (ميزة مرغوبة).

Job Description Summary

The Lead Engineer will be responsible for onsite installation of motors and generators systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair and calibration after installation. And provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installation, Commissioning, refurbishment, Startup, Maintenance,

  • Trouble Shooting & Upgrading of Medium Voltage synchronous and induction motors , generators , excitation & AVR systems. With knowledge on Medium Voltage Variable speed drives systems.

  • Respond to requests for emergency repairs and services.

  • Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sites.

  • Writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time sheets and expense sheets on a complete, timely, and thorough basis.

  • Provide leadership and technical direction to skilled labor performing work on customer sites.

  • Maintain strong safety mindset to ensure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within GE safety standards.

  • Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future outages

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university (Electrical Engineering preferred)

  • Minimum 7 years of field service experience with medium voltage motors, generators, excitation systems, and commissioning of rotating equipment.

  • Hands on experience in electrical testing and commissioning of electrical rotating machines and drives systems.

  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time, as required
