تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة فني علاج إشعاعي - أخصائي - أول في السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • الغرض من الوظيفة: إدارة العلاج الإشعاعي للمرضى وفقاً لوصف الطبيب، والحفاظ على توثيق دقيق ومفصل لسجلات العلاج.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء عمليات المحاكاة أثناء العلاج الإشعاعي (Simulation) وهي الخطوة الأولى لتطوير خطة علاج فعالة باستخدام جهاز CT Simulator، وتحديد وضع المريض على أجهزة التصوير وإجراء العلامات اللازمة.
  • صنع القوالب (molds) والأقنعة (masks) عند الحاجة، وتتبع مخزون المواد الخاصة بها وطلبها وتأمينها.
  • المساعدة أثناء جلسات العلاج الإشعاعي وضمان وضع المرضى بشكل صحيح على الأجهزة.
  • تشعيع المنتجات الدموية (Irradiation of blood products).
  • التنسيق مع مهندسي الطب الحيوي في حال حدوث أعطال بالأجهزة، ومتابعة الإصلاحات وطلب قطع الغيار والمشكلات ذات الصلة، ومتابعة أنشطة الصيانة الدورية لمعدات العلاج الإشعاعي سواء من قبل قسم الهندسة الطبية أو الشركات المصنعة.
  • التواجد عند الاتصال خارج ساعات العمل الرسمية لتشعيع الحالات السرطانية العاجلة وتشعيع المنتجات الدموية للحالات الطارئة.
  • تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والتدابير الوقائية إذا لزم الأمر.
  • أداء مهام أخرى تُسند إليه ضمن نطاق المسؤوليات ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
  • جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، ويتضمن ذلك: أداء جميع الواجبات والمهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، والمساهمة الفاعلة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية، والحفاظ على السرية التامة للمعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو الاطلاع عليها أثناء العمل، والامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التدريبات والمبادرات التوعوية لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لشركة فقيه، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي المطلوب قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في نفس المجال.
  • دبلوم من المعاهد التقنية الصحية - تخصص العلاج الإشعاعي (Technical Radiation Therapy).
  • رخصة مزاولة المهنة من الجهة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية مثل (SCFHS / DHA).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة استخدام الحاسوب.
  • مهارات تواصل كتابي فعالة.
  • إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية، واللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

Description

Job Purpose:

Administers radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by the physician. Maintains accurate and detailed treatment chart documentation.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Performs simulation during radiotherapy which is the initial step in developing an effective treatment plan takes place on the CT simulator. Positions patients on Imaging machines and performs marking as applicable.
  • Makes molds (if needed) and masks.
  • keeps track of supply of molding material and masks, requests and maintains supply of molding material.
  • Assists during administration of radiotherapy sessions, and ensures proper positioning of patients on the machines.
  • Irradiates blood products.
  • Coordinates communication with biomedical engineers in case of machine malfunctions and monitors the progress of repairs, replacement part requests, and related issues. Also follows up on maintenance activities for radiotherapy equipment, both by biomedical engineering and manufacturing companies.
  • Available if called outside regular duty hours, to irradiate urgent oncologic cases, and to irradiate blood products for urgent cases.
  • Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibilities and requirements of the job.

  • Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

  • Computer literate.
  • Demonstrate effective written communication skills.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in same field.

Education

Diploma of technical institutes of health - Technical radiation therapy.

Language

Good command of English language. Arabic is an advantage.

Licenses / Certifications

License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA).
