مجموعة إنتركونتيننتال للفنادق تبحث عن مدير أو مديرة للأغذية والمشروبات للعمل في فندق إنتركونتيننتال بجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل على تمكين فرقنا لتقديم خدمة عالية الجودة وتجارب استثنائية للضيوف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وتفويض المهام اليومية لفريق من محترفي الضيافة الملتزمين
- الحفاظ على معدات ومرافق ومخزون الأغذية والمشروبات لضمان تجارب استثنائية للضيوف وللشركة
- إدارة معايير الأغذية والمشروبات بما يتوافق مع التزامنا بممارسات الأعمال المسؤولة
- العمل عن كثب مع الفريق المالي لتحديد ومراقبة وضبط الميزانيات وزيادة الإيرادات
- التنسيق بين عدة فرق ومطابخ ومنافذ طعام قادرة على خدمة 500 شخص
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بعض الدراسة الجامعية و/أو تدريب متقدم في إدارة الأغذية والمشروبات
- خبرة سنتين ذات صلة تتضمن خبرة إشرافية، أو ما يعادلها من مزيج تعليم وخبرة
- يفضل درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل تعليم عالٍ في إدارة الفنادق أو فنون الطهي أو مجال ذي صلة
- إجادة اللغة المحلية (العربية)
- شهادة توعية بالكحول و/أو تصريح خدمة طعام أو بطاقة صحة/مناولة طعام سارية المفعول حسب القانون المحلي

We serve up truly memorable experiences for our guests. But could you be our new secret ingredient? We’re searching for a Food and Beverage Manager to give our guests a taste of the high life by empowering our teams to deliver quality service and exceptional standards.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Managing and delegating everyday duties for our team of committed hospitality professionals
● Maintaining food and beverage equipment, facilities and stock levels to ensure exceptional guest and corporate experiences
● Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices
● Working closely with the finance team to set, monitor and refine budgets and drive revenue
● Multitasking to oversee multiple teams, kitchens and food outlets capable of catering to 500 people
What We need from you:
● Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management
● 2 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
● Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred
● Must speak local language
● Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required by local law
