📌 Job Title: Urgent Hiring: Risk Engineer (Based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia)

🏢 A leading company is looking for a highly qualified and proactive Risk mangement specialist to join our team in Dammam, KSA! If you have a strong engineering background, 7+ years of experience, and hold a valid PMI-RMP certification, we want to hear from you.
💼 Role Overview:
Based in Dammam, you will lead risk assessment efforts, using your advanced knowledge to identify potential hazards, quantify operational risks, and implement robust mitigation strategies. Effective communication in both Arabic and English is essential for this position.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and quantitative/qualitative risk analyses using PMI-RMP standards.
• Identify, analyze, and monitor technical, financial, and operational risks across projects.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, ensuring all potential hazards are documented and managed.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate risk management practices into the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed risk reporting in both English and Arabic, presenting data-driven insights to senior management.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi local regulations and international risk management frameworks.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications:
• Nationality / Residency: Saudi National OR Expat with a Transferable Iqama.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
• Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is strictly required.
• Certification: Valid PMI-RMP (Risk Management Professional) certification is strictly required.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a Risk Engineer or Risk Manager.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
