مهندس تصميم كهربائي أول يتمتع بخبرة واسعة في مراجعة التصميم الكهربائي، ودعم الإنشاءات، والتنسيق الفني لمشاريع المطارات والبنية التحتية واسعة النطاق. يجيد مراجعة الرسومات الكهربائية، والمواصفات، ورسومات الـ shop drawings، ومستندات المواد المعتمدة، ووثائق الـ as-built. لديه معرفة قوية بالكودات والمعايير الكهربائية المحلية والدولية واللوائح وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية. خبرة في الهندسة القيمية، وتحسين التصميم، والتنسيق متعدد التخصصات، وحل المشكلات الفنية أثناء الإنشاءات. ملتزم بضمان الامتثال للتصميم، وضمان الجودة، والسلامة، وكفاءة الطاقة، وتسليم المشروع في الوقت المحدد.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة رسومات التصميم الكهربائي والخطط والمواصفات لضمان الامتثال للكودات والمعايير واللوائح المحلية والدولية وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
  • مراجعة رسومات الـ shop drawings الكهربائية ومستندات المواد المعتمدة والوثائق الفنية للتحقق من امتثالها لرسومات التصميم المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع والمتطلبات التعاقدية واللوائح القانونية.
  • التنسيق مع استشاري التصميم وفريق إدارة المشروع والتخصصات الهندسية الأخرى لضمان تكامل الأنظمة الكهربائية مع المتطلبات المعمارية والإنشائية والميكانيكية ومتطلبات تشغيل المطار.
  • ضمان امتثال استشاري التصميم للإجراءات الداخلية لشركة Hill International وهيئة الأنفاق ومعايير الجودة والمتطلبات الفنية والعمليات الخاصة بالمشروع.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني والتوجيه الهندسي أثناء مرحلة الإنشاءات، وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالتصميم، والرد على الاستفسارات الفنية وطلبات المعلومات (RFIs).
  • مراجعة والتحقق من رسومات الـ as-built الكهربائية لضمان مطابقتها للأنظمة المثبتة وامتثالها لوثائق التصميم المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع وظروف الموقع.
  • المشاركة في تمارين الهندسة القيمية لتحديد حلول تصميم كهربائي فعالة من حيث التكلفة مع الحفاظ على أداء النظام والسلامة والموثوقية وكفاءة الطاقة والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
  • مراجعة اختيار المواد والمعدات الكهربائية، بما في ذلك أنظمة توزيع الطاقة والإضاءة والإضاءة الطارئة والتأريض والحماية من الصواعق وغيرها من البنية التحتية الكهربائية للمطار، لضمان ملاءمتها وامتثالها لمتطلبات المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية من جامعة معترف بها؛ الشهادات المهنية ذات الصلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في التصميم الكهربائي ومراجعة التصميم ودعم الإنشاءات لمشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق.
  • خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع المطارات تشمل صالات الركاب والمرافق الجانبية والبنية التحتية البرية وأنظمة المرافق الكهربائية المرتبطة بها.
  • معرفة قوية باللوائح المحلية والكودات الكهربائية الدولية والمعايير وأفضل الممارسات بما في ذلك IEC وIEEE وNFPA.
  • خبرة واسعة في مراجعة رسومات التصميم الكهربائي والمواصفات الفنية ورسومات الـ shop drawings ومستندات المواد المعتمدة ووثائق الـ as-built.
  • معرفة فنية جيدة بتوزيع الطاقة الكهربائية والمحطات الفرعية والمحولات والمولدات وأنظمة UPS والإضاءة الطارئة والتأريض والحماية من الصواعق.
  • القدرة على التنسيق مع استشاريي التصميم والمقاولين والعملاء والجهات الرسمية وفرق الهندسة متعددة التخصصات لحل المشكلات الفنية.
  • خبرة في الهندسة القيمية وتحسين التصميم وتقييم الامتثال الفني والحلول الهندسية الفعالة من حيث التكلفة.
  • إجادة استخدام AutoCAD وRevit MEP وأدوات التنسيق BIM وغيرها من برامج التصميم والمراجعة الكهربائية ذات الصلة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التحليل وحل المشكلات والتواصل وإعداد التقارير الفنية والتنسيق بين المشاريع مع التركيز القوي على الجودة والسلامة والتسليم في الوقت المحدد.

Job Description

Senior Design Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in electrical design review, construction support, and technical coordination for airport and large-scale infrastructure projects. Skilled in reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built documentation. Strong knowledge of local and international electrical codes, standards, regulations, and industry best practices. Experienced in value engineering, design optimization, multidisciplinary coordination, and resolving technical issues during construction. Committed to ensuring design compliance, quality assurance, safety, energy efficiency, and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Review electrical design drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with applicable local and international codes, standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Review electrical shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation to verify compliance with approved design drawings, project specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with the design consultant, project management team, and other engineering disciplines to ensure the integration of electrical systems with architectural, structural, mechanical, and airport operational requirements.
  • Ensure that the design consultant complies with Hill International’s and the Tunnel Authority’s internal procedures, quality standards, technical requirements, and project-specific processes.
  • Provide technical support and engineering guidance during the construction phase, resolving design-related issues and responding to technical queries and requests for information (RFIs).
  • Review and verify electrical as-built drawings to ensure they accurately reflect the installed systems and comply with approved design documents, project specifications, and site conditions.
  • Participate in value engineering exercises to identify cost-effective electrical design solutions while maintaining system performance, safety, reliability, energy efficiency, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Review electrical material and equipment selections, including power distribution systems, lighting, emergency lighting, earthing and lightning protection, and other airport electrical infrastructure, to ensure suitability and compliance with project requirements.
  • Monitor electrical design quality and technical submissions, identify discrepancies and non-compliances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to review design modifications, assess their technical implications, and ensure the timely resolution of electrical engineering issues throughout the design and construction phases of the airport project.
  • Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering design, design review, and construction support for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience in airport projects, including passenger terminals, airside facilities, landside infrastructure, and associated electrical utility systems.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations, international electrical codes, standards, and best practices, including IEC, IEEE, and NFPA.
  • Extensive experience reviewing electrical design drawings, technical specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built documentation.
  • Good technical knowledge of electrical power distribution, substations, transformers, generators, UPS systems, emergency lighting, earthing, and lightning protection.
  • Ability to coordinate with design consultants, contractors, clients, authorities, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Experience in value engineering, design optimization, technical compliance assessments, and cost-effective engineering solutions.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, BIM coordination tools, and other relevant electrical design and review software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, technical reporting, and project coordination skills, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
