تعلن شركة CoorB عن توفر وظيفة كبير مهندسي الذكاء الاصطناعي (Senior AI Engineer) في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، لتصميم وبناء ونشر حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي للخدمات المصرفية الرقمية. ستعمل على بناء تطبيقات LLM إنتاجية، بما في ذلك أنظمة الاسترجاع المعزز (RAG) وقواعد المعرفة والنماذج المضبوطة بدقة، لتحقيق قيمة أعمال قابلة للقياس لعملاء البنوك في دول الخليج.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وبناء خطوط أنابيب RAG: استيعاب المستندات، والتقسيم (chunking)، والتضمين (embeddings)، والبحث الهجين، وإعادة الترتيب (re-ranking).
  • بناء وصيانة قواعد المعرفة وقواعد المعرفة البيانية (مثل Neo4j أو أساليب GraphRAG).
  • ضبط النماذج اللغوية الكبيرة (LLMs) بدقة (LoRA/QLoRA, PEFT) على بيانات مجال محددة، وتقييمها مقابل النماذج الأساسية.
  • تطوير سير عمل وكيل ذكي (agentic AI)، يتضمن استدعاء الأدوات (tool calling) والتنسيق متعدد الخطوات والذاكرة.
  • إعداد أطر تقييم LLM لقياس الدقة ومعدل الهلوسة وزمن الاستجابة والتكلفة.
  • نشر وتشغيل النماذج في الإنتاج (LLMOps/MLOps)، بما في ذلك المراقبة وإدارة الإصدارات وCI/CD.
  • تطبيق ممارسات الأمان وخصوصية البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي المسؤول المناسبة للبيئات المصرفية الخاضعة للتنظيم.
  • العمل مع المهندسين المعماريين والمطورين وأصحاب المصلحة من العملاء لتحويل احتياجات الأعمال إلى حلول ذكاء اصطناعي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • جميع المتطلبات التالية إلزامية:
  • خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في هندسة البرمجيات أو التعلم الآلي أو الذكاء الاصطناعي، مع سنتين على الأقل في بناء تطبيقات قائمة على LLM.
  • إتقان قوي للغة Python وخبرة عملية مع LangChain أو LlamaIndex أو أطر عمل مماثلة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في بناء أنظمة RAG في الإنتاج.
  • خبرة عملية مع قواعد بيانات المتجهات (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, pgvector, Azure AI Search أو ما يشابهها).
  • خبرة مع قواعد المعرفة البيانية وقواعد البيانات البيانية.
  • خبرة مثبتة في ضبط LLMs مفتوحة المصدر (Llama, Mistral, Qwen أو ما يشابهها) باستخدام أدوات Hugging Face.
  • خبرة مع واجهات برمجة التطبيقات التجارية لـ LLM (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
  • خبرة في بناء حلول وكيل ذكي ومتعدد الوكلاء، بما في ذلك MCP (Model Context Protocol).
  • خبرة في البيئات المحلية والسحابية (Azure, AWS, GCP) بالإضافة إلى Docker وKubernetes.
  • فهم متين لهندسة الاستدلال (prompt engineering) والتضمين (embeddings) وطرق تقييم LLM.
  • خبرة في معالجة اللغة العربية الطبيعية أو النماذج متعددة اللغات.

CoorB is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build and deploy AI solutions for digital banking. You will build production-grade LLM applications, including retrieval-augmented systems, knowledge graphs and fine-tuned models, that deliver measurable business value to our banking clients across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build RAG pipelines: document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, hybrid search and re-ranking.
  • Build and maintain knowledge bases and knowledge graphs (for example Neo4j, or GraphRAG approaches).
  • Fine-tune LLMs (LoRA/QLoRA, PEFT) on domain-specific data, and evaluate them against base models.
  • Develop agentic AI workflows, including tool calling, multi-step orchestration and memory.
  • Set up LLM evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, hallucination rate, latency and cost.
  • Deploy and operate models in production (LLMOps/MLOps), including monitoring, versioning and CI/CD.
  • Apply security, data privacy and responsible AI practices suited to regulated banking environments.
  • Work with architects, developers and client stakeholders to turn business needs into AI solutions.



Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

All of the following are required:

  • 5-7 years in software, ML or AI engineering, with at least 2 years building LLM-based applications.
  • Strong Python; hands-on with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
  • Proven experience building RAG systems in production.
  • Hands-on with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, pgvector, Azure AI Search or similar).
  • Experience with knowledge graphs and graph databases.
  • Proven experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Qwen or similar) using Hugging Face tooling.
  • Experience with commercial LLM APIs (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
  • Experience building agentic AI and multi-agent solutions, including MCP (Model Context Protocol).
  • On premises, Cloud experience on Azure, AWS or GCP, plus Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Solid grasp of prompt engineering, embeddings and LLM evaluation methods.
  • Arabic NLP or multilingual model experience.
  • Experience in banking, fintech or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with SAMA or other GCC regulatory and data-residency requirements.
