تسعى شركة Imdad إلى التواصل مع الأفراد الموهوبين والمتحمسين في مجال المبيعات والراغبين في تطوير مسيرتهم المهنية في قطاع الصناعات الطبية والرعاية الصحية. نرحب بطلبات التقديم من المرشحين ذوي الخبرة في المبيعات، بالإضافة إلى الخريجين الجدد. الفرص متاحة في مدينة الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الطبية الحيوية، طب الأسنان، أو أي مجال ذي صلة
  • خبرة سابقة في المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال الأجهزة الطبية، التجميل الطبي، أو الرعاية الصحية
  • الخريجون الجدد والمرشحون دون خبرة سابقة في المبيعات مرحب بهم أيضًا، بشرط إظهار اهتمام حقيقي بالمبيعات ومهارات شخصية قوية والعقلية المناسبة

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض وبناء العلاقات
  • عقلية استباقية وموجهة نحو النتائج مع رغبة قوية في التعلم والنمو
  • طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية
  • فطنة تجارية قوية، وعقلية موجهة نحو النتائج، وأسلوب استباقي

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Dentistry , or any related field
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in medical devices, medical aesthetics, or healthcare
  • Fresh graduates and candidates without prior sales experience will also be considered, provided they demonstrate a genuine interest in sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the right personality and mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Fluency in English; Arabic
  • Strong business acumen, a results-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach
