تسعى adidas، العلامة الرياضية الرائدة عالمياً، إلى توظيف محاسب أول متخصص (Sr. Specialist Accountant) في الرياض. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى دعم التقارير المالية الدقيقة من خلال إدارة الأنشطة المحاسبية وضمان سلامة تسويات المبيعات والنقد والبطاقات، مع الالتزام بسياسات المجموعة واللوائح المحلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ الأنشطة المحاسبية العامة، بما في ذلك ترحيل القيود اليومية، الاستحقاقات، الحسابات الدائنة، الحسابات المدينة، والأصول الثابتة.
- الإدارة الكاملة لتسويات مبيعات التجزئة، النقد، البطاقات، البنوك، والتسويات النهائية.
- التحقيق في فروقات التسوية وحلها بالتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
- ضمان دقة وامتثال سجلات ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT)، الضرائب، والفواتير الإلكترونية.
- إجراء تسويات الميزانية العمومية وإدارة البنود المعلقة.
- دعم أنشطة إغلاق الشهر والسنة من خلال التسويات والتوثيق الدقيق.
- إدارة محاسبة الأصول الثابتة ودعم عمليات محاسبة عقود الإيجار.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي والتدقيق القانوني.
- التحسين المستمر للعمليات المحاسبية والضوابط ومعايير الامتثال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة. الشهادة المهنية ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في المحاسبة، ويفضل في قطاع التجزئة أو السلع الاستهلاكية.
- خبرة في تسويات مبيعات التجزئة، النقد، البطاقات، البنوك، وحسابات الأستاذ العام.
- معرفة جيدة بالمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية (IFRS)، ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT)، الضرائب، والمتطلبات التنظيمية المحلية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات متقدمة في Excel وخبرة في SAP أو أنظمة ERP مماثلة.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية، حل المشكلات، والتنظيم.
- القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
- مهارات تواصل وإدارة علاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

JOB PURPOSESupport accurate financial reporting by managing accounting activities and ensuring the integrity of retail sales, cash, card, and settlement reconciliations. Drive efficient processes, strong financial controls, and compliance with Group policies and local regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute general accounting activities, including journal postings, accruals, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
- Own end-to-end retail sales, cash, card, bank, and settlement reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of VAT, tax, and e-invoicing records.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and manage outstanding items.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities through accurate reconciliations and documentation.
- Manage fixed asset accounting and support lease accounting processes.
- Support internal, external, and statutory audits.
- Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes, controls, and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably within retail or consumer goods.
- Experience in retail sales, cash, card, bank, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Good knowledge of IFRS, VAT, Tax, and local regulatory requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
