Job Purpose

Manage and develop the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology across all phases of engineering projects. Ensure the integration of digital models among different disciplines while complying with local and international BIM standards to achieve the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and project information management. Support the company's objectives by improving project deliverables and reducing risks and costs.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline).
• Professional BIM certifications are preferred.

Experience

• 8-10 years of experience in engineering and BIM.
• Strong experience in BIM standards, workflows, and project management.

Skills

• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in BIM software and related engineering applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategies across projects.
• Establish BIM standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with approved BIM standards and project requirements.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of 3D BIM models.
• Coordinate BIM activities across all engineering disciplines.
• Ensure the integration and accuracy of project data and information.
• Lead BIM teams and allocate tasks effectively.
• Provide technical support and guidance to BIM Engineers and BIM Coordinators.
