Job Purpose

Prepare and develop urban planning studies and plans, analyze spatial data and land use, and propose planning solutions that support sustainable and balanced urban development. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and technical requirements while contributing to the delivery of high-quality consulting services and achieving client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Town Planning, or Regional Planning.
• A Master's degree in Urban Planning or Urban Development is preferred.
• The applicant must be a Saudi national.

Experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of urban planning principles and land use planning.
• Ability to analyze spatial and statistical data.
• Proficiency in relevant planning and GIS software.
• Strong technical report writing and study preparation skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to develop and present sustainable planning solutions.
• Knowledge of urban planning regulations and standards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare urban and regional planning studies and master plans.
• Analyze land use and urban data and recommend appropriate planning solutions.
• Develop structural and detailed plans in compliance with applicable regulations and planning standards.
• Coordinate with project teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure integrated project deliverables.
• Review planning outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance before submission.
• Comply with company policies, quality procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Contribute to the development of planning solutions that support sustainable urban development.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and presentations.
