تسعى أمازون عبر قسم Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) إلى توظيف مدير برنامج ACES في الرياض للانضمام إلى فريق يعيد تعريف عمليات البقالة فائقة السرعة (Ultra-fast grocery)، والمساعدة في بناء وتنمية هذه الخدمة الجديدة للعملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تحسينات UFG LM UTR/OTR لصالح عملاء أمازون، والتركيز على جهود التوحيد القياسي، والتنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى.
- توفير خبرة موضوعية (SME) لتخطيط UTR والتوجيه وOTR، ودعم فعاليات كايزن.
- تشغيل وتنسيق المشاريع متعددة الوظائف لضمان التنفيذ الناجح عبر متاجر أمازون ناو (Amazon Now Stores) التابعة لـ UFG.

- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في العمل متعدد الوظائف مع فرق تقنية وغير تقنية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تحديد وتنفيذ مبادرات تحسين العمليات باستخدام البيانات والمقاييس.
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- معرفة متقدمة ببرنامج Excel (الجداول المحورية، VLookUps) وSQL.
المهارات المطلوبة

- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
