شركة عبد اللطيف جميل تعلن عن وظيفة منسق ساحة تخزين (Stockyard Coordinator) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. تهدف الوظيفة إلى التعامل مع بيانات الوصول والانطلاق اليومية والرد على استفسارات المراكز، مع الإشراف على العمليات التشغيلية اليومية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة جميع رسائل البريد الإلكتروني والأعمال الرئيسية في ساحة التخزين الإقليمية صباحاً لتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء المحددة من خلال تأمين الدعم المشترك بين الإدارات.
- مواءمة جميع الأعمال مع المشرفين (الوصول والانطلاق) لتحقيق الأهداف المحددة وفقاً لتوقعات المركز (التجزئة، لكزس).
- التواصل الوثيق مع فريق المبيعات الإقليمي لضمان الدعم اللوجستي الكامل للمبيعات الميدانية من ساحات التخزين الإقليمية.
- مراقبة مركز تركيب الملحقات (AIC) لضمان انطلاق المركبات في الوقت المحدد.
- مراقبة المركبات المجمدة/التالفة والتحكم في المخزون والانطلاق وفقاً لسياسة الشركة.
- الامتثال لمعايير IMTITHAL المتعلقة بمكان العمل واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة للنقاط البارزة في تقرير التدقيق.
- الإشراف على الإنتاجية الإجمالية (جميع عمليات الوصول والانطلاق وPDI وSTM)، ونسبة التلف، ونظام المواقع، ودرجة NPS، والانطلاق في الوقت المحدد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الإدارة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات نظم المعلومات الإدارية (MIS).
- نظام SAP.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- الكفاءات: ضمان المساءلة، التخطيط والمواءمة، التركيز على العميل، التعلم من خلال التفكير، تعزيز التعاون.

Purpose of the Job
Handling and data entry of daily arrival and dispatch and responding centers queries.
Key Accountabilities: Description
• Overall Productivity Included All Arrival, Dispatch, PDI & STM
• Damage Ratio Damage while operation
• Location System Included All vehicles on Location
• NPS Score GDI Survey for ALJR Channel
• Overall RDC Ontime Included All Dispatch within the lead time
Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators
• Volume (600 per head as per KPI book)
Major Activities
1. Manage all emails and Key works early morning of regional stockyard with respect to achievement of set KPI’s by securing cross-functional support to the stockyard operations
2. Alignment of all work with supervisors (Arrival & Dispatch) operations in order to achieve set objectives in line with the center’s expectations (retail, Lexus)
3. Close communication with Regional Sales Team to ensure complete logistical support to frontline sales from regional stockyards
4. Close monitoring with AIC (Accessory Installation Center) to dispatch the vehicles on time
5. Monitor frozen/ damaged vehicles and control stock and dispatching, as per company policy
6. Compliance to IMTITHAL standards related to workplace and takes necessary corrective measures on outstanding points incorporated in the Audit report
