يسر شركة HanmiGlobal MENA توظيف مهندس جودة (Quality Engineer) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى المهندس مسؤولية تخطيط وتنفيذ والحفاظ على أنشطة ضمان الجودة ومراقبتها لضمان مطابقة المنتجات لمتطلبات العملاء والجهات التنظيمية والشركة، بالتعاون مع فرق الإنتاج والهندسة والموردين والعملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتنفيذ والحفاظ على أنظمة وإجراءات إدارة الجودة.
  • إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق والاختبار لضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة.
  • تحليل بيانات الجودة وتحديد الاتجاهات والعيوب ومجالات التحسين.
  • التحقيق في شكاوى العملاء وحالات عدم المطابقة باستخدام أدوات تحليل السبب الجذري (مثل الأسباب الخمسة، مخطط عظمة السمكة، 8D).
  • تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية والتحقق من فعاليتها.
  • التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج والهندسة لتحسين عمليات التصنيع.
  • إعداد وصيانة وثائق الجودة والتقارير وسجلات التفتيش.
  • مراقبة أداء جودة الموردين وإجراء تدقيق للموردين عند الحاجة.
  • ضمان الامتثال للمعايير ذات الصلة مثل ISO 9001 أو IATF 16949 أو AS9100 أو غيرها من المتطلبات الخاصة بالصناعة.
  • دعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.
  • تدريب الموظفين على إجراءات الجودة والمعايير وأفضل الممارسات.
  • المشاركة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر باستخدام منهجيات Lean أو Six Sigma أو Kaizen.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الصناعية أو التصنيع أو الكهربائية أو أي تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
  • 8-10 سنوات من الخبرة في هندسة الجودة أو ضمان الجودة (قد تختلف متطلبات الخبرة حسب جهة العمل).
  • معرفة بأنظمة إدارة الجودة وعمليات التصنيع.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة والعمل الجماعي.
  • إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office والبرامج المتعلقة بالجودة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة التحليل الإحصائي ومراقبة العملية الإحصائية (SPC).
  • خبرة في تحليل أنماط الفشل وتأثيراته (FMEA) وخطط التحكم و PPAP و APQP و MSA.
  • الإلمام بمعايير ISO وتقنيات التدقيق.
  • الحصول على شهادة مهندس جودة معتمد (CQE) يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة في التصنيع الخالي من الهدر (Lean Manufacturing) ومنهجيات Six Sigma.

Job Title

Quality Engineer

Job Summary

The Quality Engineer is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure products comply with customer, regulatory, and company requirements. The engineer works closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyze quality data and identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues using root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, 8D).
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and inspection records.
  • Monitor supplier quality performance and conduct supplier audits when required.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, or other industry-specific requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Train employees on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • -Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 8-10 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance (experience requirements may vary by employer).
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality-related software.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Experience with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Control Plans, PPAP, APQP, and MSA.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and auditing techniques.
  • Certification such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is an advantage.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
