شركة HanmiGlobal MENA تعلن عن وظيفة Site Project Engineer في الرياض، للإشراف على أنشطة البناء اليومية وضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد وفقاً للمواصفات.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

الإشراف على أنشطة البناء اليومية وتنسيقها في الموقع، وضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية المقررة. يتطلب الدور معرفة تقنية قوية وخبرة عملية لدعم تسليم المشاريع وفقاً لمواصفات التصميم ومعايير الجودة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على أنشطة الموقع وتنسيقها لضمان التقدم السلس والامتثال لخطط المشروع.
  • التواصل بين فريق التصميم والمقاولين والموردين وممثلي العميل.
  • مراقبة جودة العمل ومعايير السلامة والالتزام بمواصفات المشروع.
  • المساعدة في إعداد جداول العمل وتخصيص الموارد وتقارير التقدم.
  • فحص المواد وجودة التنفيذ وحل المشكلات الفنية التي تظهر في الموقع.
  • دعم مدير المشروع في إدارة أداء المقاولين من الباطن والمقاولين.
  • عقد اجتماعات الموقع وتقديم تحديثات دورية لأصحاب المصلحة.
  • ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة الموقع للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للموقع وتوثيق التقارير.
  • تحديد المخاطر المحتملة وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف لتجنب التأخير.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو مجال ذي صلة مع خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات.
  • درجة الماجستير في مجال ذي صلة مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بأساليب البناء والمواد ومبادئ الهندسة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق.
  • القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والعمل بفعالية تحت الضغط.
  • إتقان برامج إدارة المشاريع والجدولة (مثل MS Project و Primavera) ميزة إضافية.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل وقدرة قوية على حل المشكلات.
  • فهم لوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في مواقع البناء.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.

Job Purpose

Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on site, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge and practical experience to support project delivery in compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth progress and compliance with project plans
  • Liaise between the design team, contractors, suppliers, and client representatives
  • Monitor work quality, safety standards, and adherence to project specifications
  • Assist in preparing work schedules, resource allocation, and progress reports
  • Inspect materials and workmanship, and resolve technical issues that arise on site
  • Support the Project Manager in managing subcontractors and contractors' performance
  • Conduct site meetings and provide timely updates to project stakeholders
  • Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and reports
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with over 7 years of relevant experience
  • Master's Degree (MSc) in a related field with over 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
