تعلن شركة HanmiGlobal MENA عن توفر وظيفة مساح أراضي (Land Surveyor) في الرياض، السعودية، بهدف إجراء قياسات ميدانية دقيقة، وتقييمات للحدود، وخرائط طبوغرافية لمشاريع الهندسة والبناء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء مسوحات الأراضي والطبوغرافيا والبناء باستخدام GPS وأجهزة المحطة الشاملة وغيرها من المعدات الدقيقة.
  • تفسير وتحليل بيانات المسح لإنتاج خرائط دقيقة وتخطيطات مواقع وتقارير.
  • تحديد نقاط التحكم والحدود والعلامات المرجعية وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع.
  • التعاون مع المهندسين والمعماريين ومديري المشاريع لدمج نتائج المسح في التصاميم.
  • ضمان امتثال أعمال المسح للمعايير القانونية ومتطلبات المشروع ولوائح الصحة والسلامة.
  • صيانة ومعايرة معدات المسح بانتظام لضمان الدقة.
  • إعداد الوثائق الفنية، بما في ذلك الرسومات والسجلات والتقارير.
  • مراقبة أنشطة البناء الجارية لضمان التوافق مع تخطيطات التصميم والارتفاعات.
  • حل التناقضات بين بيانات التصميم والظروف الفعلية في الموقع.
  • الإشراف على موظفي المسح المبتدئين وتنسيق مهام المسح في الموقع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الجيوماتكس أو هندسة المساحة أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة من جامعة معترف بها مع خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • درجة الماجستير في تخصص ذي صلة من جامعة معترف بها مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات (بديل عن الشرط أعلاه).
  • إتقان استخدام أجهزة وبرامج المسح (مثل AutoCAD وCivil 3D وGIS وLeica وTrimble).
  • معرفة معمقة بتقنيات مسح الأراضي ومعايير رسم الخرائط واللوائح المحلية.
  • مهارات تحليلية ورياضية قوية.
  • اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل والوعي المكاني.
  • قدرات فعالة في التواصل وكتابة التقارير.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق متعدد التخصصات.
  • الإلمام بالحدود القانونية للأراضي والوثائق ذات الصلة.

Job Purpose

Perform accurate field measurements, boundary assessments, and topographic mapping for engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of surveying principles, and the ability to work effectively on-site and in collaboration with design and construction teams.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys using GPS, total stations, and other precision equipment
  • Interpret and analyze survey data to produce accurate maps, site layouts, and reports
  • Establish control points, boundaries, and benchmarks in accordance with project specifications
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate survey results into designs
  • Ensure survey work complies with legal standards, project requirements, and health & safety regulations
  • Maintain and calibrate survey equipment regularly to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, records, and reports
  • Monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure alignment with design layouts and elevations
  • Resolve discrepancies between design data and actual field conditions
  • Supervise junior survey staff and coordinate survey tasks on-site

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Geomatics, Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university with over 7 years of relevant experience
  • Master's Degree (MSc) in a related discipline from a recognized university with over 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with surveying instruments and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Leica, Trimble)
  • In-depth knowledge of land surveying techniques, mapping standards, and local regulations
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness
  • Effective communication and report-writing abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with legal land boundaries and documentation
