تفاصيل الوظيفة
تسعى شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية إلى توظيف أخصائي مبيعات بصريات (Sales Optician) للعمل في الدمام (المنطقة الشرقية).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد احتياجات العملاء والتوصية بالمنتجات المناسبة (الإطارات، العدسات، العدسات اللاصقة، النظارات الشمسية).
- تحفيز التحويل، البيع الإضافي، البيع المتبادل، وتنفيذ العروض الترويجية.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الفردية ودعم أداء المتجر.
- تقديم تجربة عملاء مهنية وجذابة.
- التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء والشكاوى البسيطة بفعالية.
- بناء علاقات وولاء العملاء.
- قراءة وفهم الوصفات الطبية بدقة.
- دعم التركيبات الأساسية والتعديلات واختيار المنتج.
- مساعدة أخصائيي البصريات في التعامل مع المتطلبات الفنية عند الحاجة.
- التحقق من الوصفة الطبية والتركيب ومواصفات المنتج.
- ضمان عدم وجود عيوب ومطابقة كاملة لطلب العميل.
- دعم التسليم الخالي من الأخطاء وحل المشكلات قبل التسليم.
- معالجة المعاملات بدقة من خلال نظام نقاط البيع (POS).
- دعم الموافقات على التأمين والتوثيق.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
- الحفاظ على دقة المخزون والتعامل السليم مع المنتجات.
- الإبلاغ عن النقص والتلف والتناقضات.
- الحفاظ على المعرفة بالمنتجات عبر الفئات.
- العمل مع الفريق لتحقيق أهداف المتجر.
- دعم أخصائيي البصريات وفريق المبيعات خلال أوقات الذروة.
- المساهمة في بيئة عمل إيجابية ومنتجة.
- اتباع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
- الحفاظ على السلوك المهني والأخلاقي.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والتشغيل.
- أداء مهام أخرى حسب التكليف ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في البيع وخدمة العملاء.
- فهم جيد لأنظمة التأمين ونقاط البيع (POS).

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في تجارة التجزئة البصرية.
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في البصريات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية (كتابة وتحدثًا).
- شهادة الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (frames, lenses, CL, sunglasses).
- Drive conversion, upselling, cross-Selling and promotions execution.
- Achieving individual sales targets and supporting store performance.
- Deliver a professional and engaging customer journey.
- Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints effectively.
- Build customer relationships and loyalty.
- Read and understand prescriptions accurately.
- Support basic fitting, adjustments, and product selection.
- Assist opticians in handling technical requirements when needed.
- Check prescription, fitting, and product specifications.
- Ensure no defects and full match with customer order.
- Support zero-error delivery and resolve issues before handover.
- Process transactions accurately through POS system.
- Support insurance approvals and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain stock accuracy and proper product handling.
- Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
- Maintain product knowledge across categories.
- Work with team to achieve store targets.
- Support opticians and sales team during peak times.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional and ethical behavior.
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
