We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Holystar Arabia, with strong expertise in CNC machinery maintenance, industrial equipment troubleshooting, and production line reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for manufacturing equipment and production lines.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of CNC machinery, including laser cutting, punching, and bending machines.
• Maintain and troubleshoot robotics, welding machines, and other industrial equipment.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, including MTTR, MTBF, and maintenance schedule compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and energy consumption.
• Manage critical spare parts and ensure availability of maintenance consumables.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5-10 years of maintenance experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience maintaining CNC sheet metal machinery (laser cutting, punching, and bending).
• Experience with robotics, welding machines, and industrial production equipment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with maintenance KPIs, including MTTR and MTBF.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technical documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
