نبذة عن الوظيفة

تقع الوظيفة ضمن فريق المالية، ويكون دور مدير الائتمان أساسياً في حماية الاستقرار المالي للفندق من خلال إدارة عمليات الائتمان والحسابات المدينة وضمان التحصيل في وقته، مع الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الضيوف وشركاء الأعمال. ويعمل المدير بتنسيق وثيق مع فرق المالية والمبيعات والفعاليات والاستقبال لتقييم المخاطر الائتمانية وإدارة الأرصدة المستحقة وإعداد السجلات المالية الدقيقة والتأكد من الالتزام بسياسات الفندق والأنظمة المالية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على عمليات الائتمان والحسابات المدينة لضمان الرقابة المالية الفعالة وسلامة التدفقات النقدية.
  • مراجعة واعتماد طلبات الائتمان للعملاء المؤسسيين والمجموعات وشركاء الأعمال الآخرين وفقاً لسياسات الفندق.
  • وضع حدود الائتمان وشروط السداد ومراقبتها بالتنسيق مع مدير المالية.
  • ضمان دقة الفواتير والفوترة وتحصيل المدفوعات المستحقة في وقتها.
  • متابعة تقارير أعمار الحسابات المدينة والمتابعة مع الأرصدة المتأخرة لتقليل المخاطر المالية.
  • الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء المؤسسيين وشركاء السفر والضيوف، مع معالجة نزاعات الفوترة والسداد.
  • التنسيق مع فرق المبيعات والفعاليات والاستقبال لضمان الالتزام بإجراءات الائتمان بشكل مستمر.
  • إعداد التقارير الائتمانية الشهرية وملخصات أعمار الديون والتسويات ومخصصات الديون المشكوك في تحصيلها.
  • ضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة السعودية ومعايير المحاسبة وسياسات الشركة ومتطلبات التدقيق الداخلي.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات ائتمان وفوترة دقيقة باستخدام الأنظمة المالية للفندق مثل Opera وSun Systems وMicros.
  • تحديد فرص تحسين إجراءات الرقابة الائتمانية وكفاءة التحصيل والتقارير المالية.
  • دعم عمليات التدقيق المالي من خلال الحفاظ على توثيق كامل ودقيق.
  • تقديم الإرشاد والتدريب للإدارات المعنية بشأن سياسات الائتمان وإجراءات الفوترة والضوابط المالية.
  • رفع تقارير أداء الائتمان والأرصدة المستحقة والمخاطر المالية المحتملة إلى مدير المالية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • أن يكون المتقدم مواطناً سعودياً.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في محاسبة أو مالية الفنادق، منها سنتان على الأقل في دور إشرافي أو إداري.
  • يُفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في قطاع الضيافة الفاخرة أو أسلوب الحياة (Lifestyle Hospitality).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بالرقابة الائتمانية وإدارة الحسابات المدينة والتحصيل والتقارير المالية.
  • فهم جيد لمعايير IFRS والأنظمة المالية السعودية والضوابط المالية الداخلية.
  • خبرة في الأنظمة المالية للفنادق مثل Opera وSun Systems وMicros.
  • مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وحل مشكلات قوية، مع دقة عالية في التفاصيل.

Job Description

At SLS The Red Sea, precision behind the scenes is just as important as the exceptional experiences we create for our guests. As a Credit Manager, you will play a key role in protecting the hotel's financial health by managing credit operations, overseeing accounts receivable, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong relationships with our guests and business partners.

Working closely with the Finance, Sales, Events, and Front Office teams, you will assess credit risks, manage outstanding balances, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the hotel's credit operations and accounts receivable to ensure effective financial control and healthy cash flow.
  • Review and approve credit applications for corporate clients, groups, and other business partners in line with hotel policies.
  • Establish and monitor credit limits and payment terms in coordination with the Director of Finance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, billing, and collection of outstanding payments.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue balances to minimize financial risks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and guests while resolving billing and payment disputes.
  • Work closely with Sales, Events, and Front Office teams to ensure credit procedures are consistently followed.
  • Prepare monthly credit reports, aging summaries, reconciliations, and bad debt provisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, accounting standards, company policies, and internal audit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate credit and billing records using hotel financial systems such as Opera, Sun Systems, and Micros.
  • Identify opportunities to improve credit control procedures, collection efficiency, and financial reporting.
  • Support financial audits by maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
  • Provide guidance and training to relevant departments on credit policies, billing procedures, and financial controls.
  • Report credit performance, outstanding balances, and potential financial risks to the Director of Finance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel accounting or finance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Previous experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of credit control, accounts receivable, collections, and financial reporting.
  • Good understanding of IFRS, Saudi financial regulations, and internal financial controls.
  • Experience with hotel financial systems such as Opera, Sun Systems, and Micros.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism and integrity.
