تعلن شركة هيتاشي ريل العربية المحدودة (Hitachi Rail Arabia Limited) عن وظيفة Rolling Stock Technician بدوام كامل في مدينة الرياض، ضمن نظام العمل الحضوري.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يساعد الفني فريق قائد Rolling Stock في تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية بمختلف مستوياتها، إضافة إلى التعديلات البسيطة على المركبات، ويشمل ذلك مركبات الخدمة للركاب، ومركبات الدعم الهندسي، ومركبات التحويل (Shunting)، والقاطرات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات الفحص الروتيني للمركبات، وفحص القطع لاكتشاف العيوب السطحية، واستبدال المواد القابلة للاستهلاك، وإجراء الإصلاحات البسيطة، والتنظيف الفني.
- تنفيذ تشخيص الأعطال الحساسة للوقت واستبدال المكونات على المركبات، سواء في الموقع أو داخل الورشة (Depot).
- تنفيذ المهام التي يوجهها قائد فريق Rolling Stock وكبار موظفي الصيانة الآخرين.
- تطبيق إجراءات تصريح العمل (Permit to Work) والالتزام بها.
- ضمان تنفيذ إجراءات LOTO حيثما تقتضي أعمال الصيانة ذلك.
- تنفيذ مسؤوليات الورديات وحالات الطوارئ حسب الحاجة.
- تنفيذ عملية خراطة العجلات على مخرطة العجلات الواقعة أسفل الأرضية (Under-floor Wheel Lathe).
- القيام بالأدوار اللازمة لإدارة منظومة عمل آمنة، بما في ذلك الالتزام بجداول الصيانة الصارمة.
- الصحة والسلامة والبيئة: الالتزام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والأمن والمعايير البيئية المؤثرة في الدور، وحماية الذات والآخرين المتأثرين بالأعمال، والإبلاغ الفوري عن جميع الحوادث والإصابات، واتخاذ الإجراءات لعزل المخاطر.
- الجودة والأداء: الالتزام بالمتطلبات المؤثرة في رضا العملاء وتقديم الخدمة، ودمج معايير الجودة في جميع مخرجات العمل وفق السياسات والإجراءات وتعليمات العمل المعتمدة.
- العمل الجماعي: تعزيز التعاون الفعال داخل القسم وبين الأقسام، والحفاظ على التواصل الفعال مع الزملاء عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف أو المقابلات المباشرة، وضمان تسليم المهام بشكل صحيح بين أعضاء الفريق في نهاية كل وردية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة تزيد على ثلاث سنوات في صناعة السكك الحديدية.
- دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية، أو مؤهل معادل، وهو مطلوب.
- أفضلية للمرشحين ذوي الخبرة في تشغيل مخرطة العجلات الواقعة أسفل الأرضية.
- ميزة إضافية: خبرة سابقة في أعمال التحويل (Shunting) وتشغيل المركبات الهندسية أو القاطرات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- عقلية ميكانيكية قوية والقدرة على فهم تعقيدات الآليات الداخلية للمركبات.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة بفاعلية.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Rolling Stock Team Leader by performing various levels of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as minor modifications on rolling stock. This includes passenger service vehicles, engineering support vehicles, shunting vehicles, and locomotives.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, examine parts for surface defects, replace consumable items, perform minor repairs, and carry out technical cleaning.
- Perform time sensitive fault diagnostics and component replacement (repair in site or inside depot) on the rolling stock.
- Execute and fulfill duties as directed by the Rolling Stock Team Leader and other senior Rolling Stock Maintenance personnel.
- Implement and adhere to the Permit to Work process.
- Ensure the implementation of LOTO procedures is carried out wherever necessary during maintenance activities.
- Carry out shift and emergency responsibilities as needed.
- Carry out the turning operation of the wheels on the under-floor wheel lathe.
- Carry out roles essential for managing a safe system of work, which includes adhering to stringent maintenance schedules.
- Remain cognizant and comply with the requirements that impact your role concerning health, safety, security, and environmental standards.
- Ensure your own health and safety, as well as that of others who may be impacted by your actions, including colleagues, customers, and the communities where we provide services.
- It is imperative to report all incidents and accidents immediately using the appropriate reporting channels and take action to isolate any hazards and risks.
- Remain cognizant of and comply with the requirements that impact your role concerning customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Ensure the integration of quality into all work deliverables, in accordance with established policies, systems, plans, procedures, and work instructions, by adhering to the training provided.
- Foster and ensure effective teamwork within one's own department as well as interdepartmentally, while also building strong rapport with colleagues.
- Maintain effective communication with co-workers through email, telephone, or face-to-face interactions.
- Ensure that proper handovers are conducted between team members at the end of each shift to maintain continuity of service and delivery.
Skills / Experiences
- Over three years of experience in the railway industry.
- A robust mechanical mindset and the capacity to understand the complexities of rolling stock's inner mechanisms.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in operating an under-floor wheel lathe.
- Possessing strong organizational skills, being detail-oriented, and having the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Having prior experience in shunting and operating engineering vehicles or locomotives can be a significant advantage.
- A diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering discipline, or an equivalent qualification, is required.
