تعلن شركة Hitachi Energy عن فرصة وظيفية لمهندس أجهزة القياس والتحكم (GIS I&C Engineer) في مدينة الدمام بالمنطقة الشرقية، بدوام كامل وغير قابلة للعمل عن بُعد.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مهندس GIS I&C متحمس ومحفّز للانضمام إلى فريقنا. يتولى المهندس جميع الأنشطة اللازمة لتمكين تركيب أنظمة القواطع (Switching Systems) وإصلاحها والقضاء على أعطالها بنجاح، ويكون مسؤولاً عن تركيب أنظمة الجهد العالي حول العالم لصالح قسم PGHV. ويمثل المهندس الشركة في موقع التركيب من خلال حضوره ومعرفته الفنية، ويلتزم بمواعيد تسليم المشاريع مع مراعاة نسبة التكلفة إلى الأداء، وبفلسفة ضمان الجودة (QA) في ظروف مواقع البناء الخاصة، ويضمن إنجاز أعمال التركيب والتشغيل التجريبي وفق الأصول الفنية الصحيحة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال التركيب والصيانة بشكل مستقل.
- ضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات التركيب والتعليمات، والتأكد من اتباع إجراءات الوقاية من الحوادث، ولا سيما إرشادات العمل على مكونات الأنظمة المتصلة بالتيار الكهربائي (Live Systems).
- المسؤولية عن الرسومات والمستندات المعدّلة (Red-mark) لأي تغييرات أو تعديلات تستلزمها أعمال التركيب.
- تقديم المشورة لمشرف التركيب لدى المورد الفرعي في تخطيط وتنسيق القوى العاملة اللازمة للالتزام بالجدول الزمني.
- التعاون مع مدير مشروع PG في تحديد حالة الأعمال المنجزة وغير المنجزة.
- فحص المواد الواردة للتأكد من اكتمالها وخلوها من التلف، وتنسيق مناولة المواد بالتعاون مع إدارة مراقبة المواد لدى الموردين الفرعيين وفق إجراءاتهم.
- إصدار تقارير عدم المطابقة (Non-conformance Reports) في حال وجود تلف أو فقدان لمعدات ضمن نطاق توريد PG، بالتعاون مع مدير المشروع.
- الإشراف على اختبارات التركيب والتشغيل النهائية، والإشراف على مستندات إتمام التركيب الخاصة بـ PG.
- الإشراف على أنشطة فحص الحلقات (Loop Check) وتنسيقها، والمشاركة في الاجتماعات الموقعية حسب طلب مدير مشروع PG-CH.
- المسؤولية عن تنفيذ مهامه بكفاءة.
- تنفيذ أي مهام يكلفه بها الإدارة لازمة لاستيفاء متطلبات الوظيفة.
- ضمان الامتثال للأنظمة واللوائح والإجراءات والإرشادات الداخلية والخارجية المعمول بها.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية (مطلوب).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2 إلى 5 سنوات في أنظمة GIS (مفضّل).
- خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع غاز SF6 ومعرفة بمنتجات GIS لنقل الجهد العالي ونقل الجهد الفرعي (PGHV Transmission & Sub-transmission) (مفضّل).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية المحكية والمكتوبة (مطلوب).

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic GIS I&C Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be working as a GIS I&C Engineer to cover all the activities/actions required to enable switching systems to be successfully installed, repaired and any faults eliminated. You will be responsible for installation of high voltage systems worldwide for PGHV. He/she represents PG in general through his presence and technical knowledge and PGHV specifically in dealings with the client at the installation site. The deadlines issued for each project are adhered to, whereby the cost-performance ratio must always be borne in mind in this respect. He/she embodies the PG QA philosophy, considering the special conditions on the construction sites. You will be responsible for the installation & commissioning work entrusted to him being carried out in perfect technical order.

How you’ll make an impact
- Carrying out installation and maintenance work independently.
- Ensuring compliance with the installation requirements and Instructions &ensures that the necessary accident prevention measures are observed; specifically, he abides by the guidelines for work on live system components.
- Responsible for red-mark drawings/documents with any changes or modification that became necessary during the installation.
- Advising the sub-supplier's installation superintendent in planning and coordination of the work force necessary to comply with the schedule.
- Cooperating with PG Project Manager on establishing status of completed and non-completed work.
- Inspecting of arriving material for completeness and possible damage and coordination of material handling in cooperation with sub-suppliers Material Control within sub-suppliers' procedures.
- Issuing non-conformance reports for damage or missing equipment within PG scope of supply in cooperation with PG Project Manager.
- Supervising final installation & commissioning tests and PG installation completion documentation.
- Supervising and coordinating the loop check activities and participation at site meetings as requested by the PG-CH Project Manager.
- Responsible for the competence execution of his tasks.
- Carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements.

- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
