تعلن جي إي فيرنوفا (GE Vernova) عن فرصة لشغل وظيفة مدير خدمات الميدان (Field Services Manager) في مدينة الدمام، ضمن قسم الطاقة الكهربائية وتحويل الطاقة وتخزينها (Power Conversion & Storage).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تعمل شركة جي إي فيرنوفا لتطوير البنية التحتية للطاقة عالمياً من خلال أنظمة تحويل طاقة مبتكرة، وتقدم حلولاً متكاملة وجاهزة للتشغيل تقوم على ثلاثة مكونات أساسية: الآلات الدوارة، ومحركات السرعة المتغيرة، وأنظمة الأتمتة والتحكم.
- تمتلك الشركة خبرة تزيد على 120 عاماً في تصميم وتصنيع معدات عالية الأداء، مثل المحركات عالية السرعة لتسييل الغاز الطبيعي المسال، ومولدات التوربينات الغازية، وأنظمة الدفع البحري، وذلك لقطاعات النووي والبحري والنفط والغاز.
- تتمحور مهمة الوظيفة حول الإشراف على أنشطة تركيب المعدات وصيانتها في مواقع العملاء، مع ضمان تنفيذ جميع المهام بأعلى معايير السلامة والجودة والتميز التشغيلي.
- الأولوية الفورية: مشروع الشركة السعودية للكهرباء (SEC). في المرحلة الأولى، يكون الهدف الأساسي تعزيز الفريق المحلي لتلبية متطلبات المشروع والمعالم التشغيلية الخاصة به، مع دور محوري في توسيع القدرات المحلية لضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تبني وتطوير ثقافة استباقية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS) في جميع المواقع.
- قيادة فريق من فنيي الخدمات الميدانية والمهندسين وتوجيههم وتعزيز التعاون بينهم.
- تحديد الإيقاع التشغيلي للفريق وإدارة أدائه لضمان نجاح المشاريع.
- ضمان توفر الموارد الكافية من حيث عدد الكوادر ومجموعات المهارات، ويشمل ذلك إدارة شبكة من الموردين الخارجيين وتطويرها لتكملة الموارد الداخلية.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف (مديري المشاريع، والدعم الفني، ومديري الصحة والسلامة والبيئة) لتحقيق أهداف الأعمال العالمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة أو في مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة فرق تشغيلية ضمن بيئة صناعية أو فنية.
- فهم عام لأساسيات الميكانيكا والكهروتقنية لتقديم الدعم الفعال للفريق.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل احترافي، تحدثاً وكتابةً، وهو شرط إلزامي.
- الحق النظامي في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية دون كفالة من الشركة ودون قيد زمني.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات شخصية وتواصل قوية، مع القدرة على إدارة أصحاب المصلحة المعقدين والتوفيق بين المصالح المتباينة.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل بفعالية ضمن هيكل تنظيمي مصفوفي معقد.
- القدرة على ترتيب الأولويات بفاعلية والتعامل مع القضايا الحرجة بإحساس عالٍ بالإلحاح.
- إجادة اللغة العربية مرغوبة بشدة.

Role Overview This position is based in Saudi Arabia. Your primary mission is to oversee the installation and maintenance activities of our equipment at client sites. You will ensure that all missions are executed with the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Immediate Priority: SEC Project In the initial phase, your primary objective will be to strengthen our local team specifically to meet the requirements and operational milestones of the SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) project. You will play a critical role in scaling up local capabilities to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Champion and develop a proactive EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) culture across all sites.
- Lead, mentor, and foster collaboration within a team of field service technicians and engineers.
- Define your operational rhythm and manage the performance of your team to ensure project success.
- Ensure the availability of adequate resources (in terms of headcount and skill sets). This includes managing and developing a network of external suppliers to complement internal resources.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Project Managers, Technical Support, EHS Managers) to achieve global business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years in managing operational teams within an industrial or technical environment.
- General understanding of mechanics and electrotechnics to provide effective support to your team.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction

- Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholders and navigate diverging interests.
- Proven capability to work effectively within a complex matrix organization.
