تعلن Hitachi Energy (المنشورة عبر JR Automation) عن وظيفة مهندس خدمة ميدانية (Field Service Engineer) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، بدوام كامل وغير عن بُعد.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تنفيذ أنشطة التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل (Commissioning) في موقع العميل أو في مشاريع Hitachi Energy المتعلقة بمنتجات الجهد العالي، بما فيها منتجات طرف ثالث إذا كانت معتمدة من إدارة Hitachi Energy.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المشاركة الفعلية في أنشطة الموقع وزيارة موقع العميل لتنفيذ أعمال التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل لمعدات GIS وGCB وLTB وDTB وغيرها، حسب الحاجة أو التكليف من المدير المباشر.
- التنسيق مع إدارة الأدوات، وتجهيز واستخدام معدات واختبارات الجهد العالي بشكل صحيح لتنفيذ أعمال التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل والحماية والتحكم.
- إكمال تركيب GIS وتجميع حجرات GIS، وتنفيذ أعمال تصنيع بسيطة عند الحاجة، واستكشاف أعطال منتجات الجهد العالي وإصلاحها في موقع العميل، وتقديم خطة عمل عندما يلزم إجراء الإصلاح في مصنع أو ورشة Hitachi Energy.
- دعم أنشطة فريق PGHV Service في الموقع أو في مقر العميل.
- تعلم وتشغيل أجهزة الاختبار المستخدمة في اختبار منتجات الجهد العالي وصيانتها، وتعلم استخدام الأدوات المستخدمة في خدمات هذه المنتجات.
- العمل مع فريق إدارة المشاريع في المشاريع المختلفة عند الحاجة، والالتزام الكامل بمتطلبات إدارة المشاريع والأنظمة المعمول بها في الموقع أو لدى العميل.
- قيادة المقاولين أو المقاولين من الباطن أثناء تنفيذ العمل، والتنسيق مع العميل ودعم المكتب الخلفي لتأمين احتياجات الموارد، والحصول على توقيع العميل على شهادة الإنجاز (PAC) أو سجلات الدوام بعد إكمال المهمة الموكلة.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير الموقع وخطط الأنشطة واحتياجات الموارد، ومشاركتها مع مدير المشروع أو المدير المباشر أو المشرف.
- الالتزام بأنظمة الشركة ولوائحها، والسلوك المهني في المكتب وفي الموقع، والإبلاغ عن أي حادث يتعلق بالسلامة أو النزاهة إلى المدير المباشر أو المشرف أو مدير المشروع.
- إعداد وتقديم سجلات الدوام الأسبوعية والشهرية وتقارير المصروفات وفق إرشادات الشركة وفي المواعيد المحددة، وإعداد تصريح السفر قبل بدء السفر إلى الموقع أو للانتداب.
- ضمان الامتثال للأنظمة واللوائح والإجراءات والإرشادات الداخلية والخارجية المعمول بها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية (مطلوب).
- خبرة سابقة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في منتجات الجهد العالي والمعدات الكهربائية ومفاتيح القواطع (Switchgear) وحماية الجهد العالي والتحكم فيه، وأجهزة المراقبة والقياس، في القطاع الصناعي أو شركات المرافق.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Active participation in site activities and visiting the customer site for Installation testing and commissioning of Hitachi HV GIS, GCB, LTB, DTB and other equipment as and when required or assigned by the line manager.
- Coordinate/interface with tools management department and take care of HV tools, arrange and properly use Hitachi Energy HV test equipment and tools to execute site activities for HV Products installation, testing and commissioning, protection and control.
- Complete GIS installation and GIS compartment assembly work, minor fabrications if required, trouble shooting and rectification of HV products defect workable at customer site and advise the action plan if the repair work need to be carried out in Hitachi Energy factory or workshop. Supports the work activities of PGHV Service at site, or at customer workplace.
- Learn and perform the test equipment operation used for HV product testing and maintenance work at site, customer premises or Hitachi Energy workplace. Learn how to use tools used for HV products service jobs.
- Work with Project Management team on various project as and when required with full compliance of PM requirement and maintain discipline advise by the PM or customer site regulations.
- Lead the contractor or sub-contractor during job execution and coordinate with customer and back-office support for any resources requirements to complete the job. Get the PAC or time sheets signed by the customer after completion of assigned task that can be used to invoice the customer.
- Prepare and provide site reports, activity plans and resource requirements and share them with the PM, line manager or supervisor.
- Follow the company rules and regulations, display good behavior at office and at site, any safety or integrity incident should be reported to line manager, supervisor or project Manager. Implement value in day-to-day activity or task.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly time sheet, expanse report as per company guideline in timely manner, prepare travel authorization prior to start the travelling for site or deployment.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
