تعلن شركة Penspen، وهي شركة رائدة في خدمات الطاقة تقدم خدمات الهندسة وإدارة المشاريع وإدارة الأصول وخدمات السلامة الهندسية، عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة Senior Loss Prevention Engineer (offshore) في مدينة الخفجي بالمنطقة الشرقية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تأسست الشركة في المملكة المتحدة عام 1954 باسم Spencer & Partners، ولديها اليوم نحو 1000 موظف، وتملك مكاتب رئيسية في لندن والمكسيك وكولومبيا وهيوستن وأبوظبي والسعودية، وتجاوزت خبرتها أكثر من 70 عاماً. يرفع شاغل الوظيفة تقاريره إلى قائد الفريق الفني FEED/Technical Leader إذا كان ضمن الفريق الفني الأساسي، أو إلى رئيس المشروع أو مهندس المشروع الأول إذا كان ضمن فرق إدارة المشروع (PMT). ويتواصل مع التخصصات الأخرى في الفريق الفني الأساسي أو فرق PMT بحسب مجال عمله.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ضمان إدراج توصيات تقييم المخاطر الأولي (Pre FEED/EPC Preliminary Hazard Assessment) ضمن مخرجات FEED/EPC.
  • فحص ومراجعة واعتماد جميع مخرجات السلامة الفنية المقدمة من مقاول FEED/EPC.
  • مراجعة واعتماد حسابات شبكة مياه الإطفاء والطلب عليها.
  • مراجعة واعتماد أنظمة كشف الحريق والغاز.
  • مراجعة واعتماد أنظمة الحماية السلبية من الحريق.
  • مراجعة واعتماد خزانات مياه الإطفاء ومضخاتها وأنظمة الضباب المائي (Water Mist).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً، منها 6 أعوام على الأقل في مجال السلامة ومنع الخسائر في مشاريع النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات الكبرى، أو في أنواع مشاريع ذات صلة وثيقة.
  • يُفضل الحصول على خبرة في دور مماثل لدى شركات إدارة المشاريع الاستشارية (PMC) لعدة سنوات على الأقل.
  • الإلمام بمعايير وإجراءات وممارسات Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard ميزة مفيدة.
  • الخبرة في مرحلتي الإنشاء والتشغيل التجريبي ميزة مفيدة وغير إلزامية.
  • مؤهل جامعي: بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو في تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان استخدام الحاسب الآلي وحزم MS Office، وبخاصة Word وExcel.

Job Description

  • The Senior Loss Control Engineer will report to the FEED/Technical Leader, if serving in the Core Technical team, or to the Project Head/Senior Project Engineer if serving within the PMT Teams. The Senior Loss Control Engineer will liaise with other discipline personnel in the Technical Core Team or PMT teams as appropriate to his area of service.

Other Responsibilities

:

1-Ensure Pre FEED/EPC Preliminary Hazard Assessment recommendations are included in FEED/EPC deliverables.

  • Check, review and approve all technical safety deliverables by FEED/EPC contractor.
  • Review and approve Fire Water network calculation and fire water demand
  • Review and approve Fire & Gas detection systems
  • Review and approve passive fire protection systems
  • Review and approve fire water tanks, pumps, water mist systemscription:

Required Experience Criteria In Years

  • At least Twelve (12) years of experience; Six (6) years of them within the field of Safety / Loss prevention for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects; or closely related project types.
  • PMC experience at similar role for at least several years is preferable.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
  • Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.

Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Minimum Education Qualification Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or closely related Engineering discipline.

The job location will be based on Alkhafji , Saudi Arabia.
