About the Role

Advance Medical is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to lead its accounting operations, strengthen financial reporting, and support management decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and proven leadership capabilities.

Key Qualifications

• Nationality: Saudi national.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• Mandatory Certification: CMA (Certified Management Accountant).
• Strong experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounting cycle and ensure accurate, timely monthly and annual closings.
• Lead cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable local tax regulations.
• Lead and develop the finance team while maintaining effective accounting processes.
• Provide senior management with financial insights to support strategic planning and business decisions.
