تعلن شركة BYD EUROPE عن حاجتها لوظيفة محاسب (Accountant) بدوام كامل في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- المحاسبة اليومية ومسك الدفاتر: إدارة الذمم المدينة والدائنة، وإجراء التسويات الدورية مع العملاء والموردين، ومعالجة الفروقات.
- مراجعة مطالبات المصروفات وطلبات الدفع للتأكد من صحتها ومعقوليتها، وتوزيعها بدقة على مراكز التكلفة المناسبة.
- الامتثال الضريبي: إعداد وتقديم الإقرارات الشهرية أو الربع سنوية لضريبة القيمة المضافة.
- إنشاء وصيانة سجلات إدارة الفواتير لضمان اكتمالها وإمكانية تتبعها والتزامها بالأنظمة.
- التنسيق مع الوكلاء الضريبيين الخارجيين للحصول على التخليص الضريبي السنوي ومعالجة المسائل الضريبية الأخرى.
- المساعدة في تطبيق الأنظمة المالية التقنية المحلية، والمشاركة في تصميم مسارات الاعتماد، وضبط المنطق المحاسبي، وتحسين إجراءات الرقابة الداخلية.
- التنسيق مع فريق المالية في المكتب الرئيسي بالصين لإعداد البيانات والتقارير والمهام ذات الصلة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في المحاسبة أو المالية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات في المحاسبة، مع تفضيل الخبرة المحلية في السعودية.
- يُفضَّل الحصول على إحدى الشهادات المهنية: ACCA أو CPA أو CMA أو Chinese Intermediate Accountant.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى الأعمال، لاستخدامها كلغة عمل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة استخدام نظام SAP.

Work Experience: 3-5+ years of accounting experience; Saudi local experience preferred
Professional Qualifications: ACCA, CPA, CMA, or Chinese Intermediate Accountant certification preferred
Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP
Language: Business-level English proficiency as a working language

Job Responsibilities
- Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP); conduct regular reconciliations with customers and suppliers, resolving discrepancies
- Review employee reimbursements and payment requests to ensure expenses are genuine, reasonable, and accurately allocated to the appropriate cost centers
- Tax Compliance
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly VAT returns
- Establish and maintain invoice management ledgers to ensure completeness, traceability, and compliance of invoice records
- Coordinate with external tax agents for annual tax clearance and other tax-related matters
- Financial IT Systems & Internal Control Implementation
- Assist in the implementation of local financial IT systems; participate in designing approval workflows, configuring accounting logic, and optimizing internal control processes
- Head Office Coordination
- Coordinate with the China head office finance team for data reporting and related tasks
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance
