نبذة عن الوظيفة
يُعد المحلل عضواً أساسياً في فرق الاستشارات، يعمل جنباً إلى جنب مع العملاء لحل تحديات الأعمال المعقدة وتحسين الأداء التشغيلي وتحقيق نتائج قابلة للقياس. يتولى المحلل منذ اليوم الأول مسؤولية وحدات تحليلية محددة، ويكتسب خبرة في مبادرات التحول المؤسسي التي تجمع بين التميز التشغيلي والتقنيات الرقمية والبيانات والأتمتة والذكاء الاصطناعي عبر قطاعات متعددة. تتسم فرق الشركة بالمرونة، مما يعني تحمل المسؤولية مبكراً وظهور أثر المساهمات بوضوح. وتتطلب الشركة من المحللين الناجحين إظهار عقلية تعلّم قوية وتطوير سريع لمهارات الاستشارات وحل المشكلات، وتولي مسؤوليات أكثر تعقيداً تدريجياً مع النمو داخل الشركة. وتصف Four Principles نفسها بأنها شركة استشارات إدارية تُنفّذ ما تقترحه، وتعمل مع عملاء من القطاعين الحكومي وشبه الحكومي والخاص، لا سيما في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء التشخيصات التشغيلية وتقييمات العمليات والملاحظات ومراجعات الأداء في بيئات العملاء.
- جمع البيانات النوعية والكمية وتنظيفها وهيكلتها وتحليلها لتحديد فجوات الأداء وفرص التحسين.
- دعم تحليل الأسباب الجذرية وإعداد توصيات عملية قائمة على البيانات.
- تطبيق مناهج التميز التشغيلي والمناهج القائمة على البيانات والتقنيات الرقمية والحلول المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي لحل تحديات الأعمال وتحسين أداء العملاء.
- إعداد تحليلات وعروض وتقارير واضحة ومنظمة وجاهزة للعميل.
- دعم قياس فرص التحسين والمنافع المتوقعة للأعمال.
- عرض النتائج والتوصيات على أصحاب المصلحة لدى العميل بدعم من أعضاء الفريق الأقدم.
- المساعدة في تنفيذ مبادرات التحول التشغيلي والرقمي والمؤسسي.
- متابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، ودعم قياس الحلول المطبقة وتحديد أثرها على العميل، والمساعدة في ضمان استدامتها.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع أعضاء فريق الاستشارات وجهات الاتصال لدى العميل في بيئة تعاونية.
- بناء علاقات عمل موثوقة مع الزملاء وفرق العملاء والمساهمة في ثقافة الفريق ونجاح المشاريع.
- تقديم الأفكار والرؤى والتوصيات طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- دعم تطوير المنهجيات الداخلية والأصول المعرفية وأفضل الممارسات.
- المشاركة في أنشطة البحث وبناء القدرات وتطوير الأعمال عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في أي تخصص، مع الترحيب بالمرشحين من خلفيات أكاديمية متنوعة.
- سجل أكاديمي قوي من مؤسسة تعليمية معترف بها.
- خبرة تدريب أو مشاريع في الاستشارات أو العمليات أو التحليلات أو التقنية أو تحسين الأعمال (ميزة إضافية وليست شرطاً).
- أن تكون الوظيفة مخصصة للمواطنين السعوديين فقط.

What You Will Do
Analyze and Solve Complex Problems
- Conduct operational diagnostics, process assessments, observations, and performance reviews across client environments.
- Collect, cleanse, structure, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support root-cause analysis and the development of practical, data-driven recommendations.
- Apply operational excellence, data-driven approaches, digital technologies, and AI-enabled solutions to solve business challenges and improve client performance.
- Develop clear, structured, and client-ready analyses, presentations, and reports.
- Support the quantification of improvement opportunities and business benefits.
- Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders with support from senior team members.
- Assist in the implementation of operational, digital, and business transformation initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators, support the measurement of implemented solutions and the quantification of outcomes in terms of client impact, and help ensure solutions are effectively embedded and sustained.
- Work closely with consulting team members and client counterparts in a collaborative environment.
- Build trusted working relationships with colleagues and client teams while contributing positively to team culture and project success.
- Contribute ideas, insights, and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. We welcome candidates from diverse academic backgrounds who demonstrate strong problem-solving ability, learning agility, consulting potential, and Digital, Data & AI fluency.
- Strong academic track record from a recognized institution.
- Internship or project experience in consulting, operations, analytics, technology, or business improvement is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to break down complex challenges into clear and actionable insights.
- Excellent quantitative and numerical reasoning capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Produce high-quality consulting deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, analyses and other written materials.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-facing, and fast-paced environment.
- Digital, Data & AI Fluency: Demonstrates curiosity about emerging technologies and an understanding of how digital solutions, data, automation, and AI can improve business performance. Uses modern digital and AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and problem solving while applying appropriate professional judgement and quality controls. Prior coding or software engineering experience is not required.
