تعلن شركة Carrier، الرائدة عالمياً في حلول المناخ والطاقة الذكية، عن حاجتها إلى مهندس مشاريع أول (Senior Project Engineer) للمواطنين السعوديين، وذلك في مكة جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تسعى Carrier إلى ابتكار حلول تمنح المباني والمجتمعات الراحة والسلامة والاستدامة، وتقدم حلولاً موثوقة وعالية الجودة في أنظمة التكييف والتهوية والأعمال الميكانيكية للعملاء. يدعم مهندس المشاريع الأول ويدير مشاريع استبدال أنظمة HVAC والأعمال الميكانيكية، بدءاً من تقييم الموقع وإعداد طلبات عروض الأسعار (RFQ)، مروراً بالمشتريات والتنفيذ والاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي (Commissioning)، وصولاً إلى التسليم النهائي، بما يضمن الالتزام بالمتطلبات الفنية والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات ومعايير الجودة المتفق عليها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء المسوحات الميدانية لمشاريع استبدال أنظمة HVAC والأعمال الميكانيكية، والتحقق من الأوضاع القائمة، وتحديد المتطلبات الفنية ونطاق العمل المناسب.
- إعداد طلبات عروض الأسعار (RFQs) الشاملة، بما في ذلك نطاق العمل، وجداول الكميات (BOQs)، والمتطلبات الفنية، والمخططات، ومعلومات الموقع ذات الصلة.
- التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن للحصول على عروض أسعار مطابقة فنياً وتنافسية تجارياً وتقييمها.
- إدارة المشاريع المسندة طوال دورة حياتها، من تقييم الموقع والمشتريات إلى التنفيذ والاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي وإزالة الملاحظات (Snag Clearance) والتسليم النهائي.
- مراجعة الوثائق الفنية المقدمة، وعروض الأسعار، واختيارات المعدات والمواد، وطرق العمل (Method Statements)، ومقترحات المقاولين من الباطن، لضمان توافقها مع مواصفات المشروع.
- التنسيق مع العملاء والاستشاريين والموردين والمقاولين من الباطن والفرق الداخلية لحل التحديات الفنية والمشكلات المتعلقة بالموقع.
- متابعة الجداول الزمنية والتكاليف والجودة والسلامة وتوريد المواد وتقدم العمل في الموقع، وتحديد أي تأخيرات محتملة ومخاطر التنفيذ والآثار التجارية.
- إعداد تقارير تقدم المشاريع وطلبات التعديل (Variation Requests) والوثائق الفنية الداعمة للحفاظ على الرقابة الفعالة على المشروع.
- ضمان امتثال أنشطة المشروع للمعايير الفنية المعمول بها والمتطلبات التعاقدية وإجراءات الشركة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة.
- تنسيق أعمال الاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي، ومعالجة الملاحظات المفتوحة، وضمان إنجاز وثائق تسليم المشروع في الوقت المحدد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الوظيفة مخصصة للمواطنين السعوديين.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مشاريع الأعمال الميكانيكية وHVAC، ويفضل أن تشمل أعمال استبدال معدات HVAC وتجديدها (Retrofit).
- خبرة قوية في المسوحات الميدانية، واستبدال معدات HVAC، وإعداد طلبات عروض الأسعار، وإعداد جداول الكميات ونطاق العمل، والتقييم الفني، وتنفيذ المشاريع.
- معرفة جيدة بأنظمة HVAC، including المبردات (Chillers)، ووحدات مناولة الهواء (AHUs)، ووحدات الملفات والمراوح (FCUs)، والوحدات المجمعة (Packaged Units)، والمضخات، والأنابيب، ومجاري الهواء (Ductwork)، وأنظمة التحكم، والأعمال الميكانيكية المرتبطة بها.
- خبرة مثبتة في التنسيق مع العملاء والاستشاريين والموردين والمقاولين من الباطن.
- القدرة على إدارة عدة مشاريع بشكل مستقل والإشراف على جميع المراحل حتى الاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي وإغلاق الملاحظات والتسليم النهائي.
- القدرة على إعداد الوثائق الفنية وتقارير المشاريع وسجلات تقدمها.

About The Role
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will support and manage HVAC and mechanical replacement projects from initial site assessment and RFQ preparation through procurement, execution, testing and commissioning, and final handover. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys for HVAC and mechanical replacement projects, verify existing conditions, identify technical requirements, and define the appropriate scope of work.
- Prepare comprehensive Requests for Quotation (RFQs), including scope of work, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), technical requirements, drawings, and relevant site information.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and evaluate technically compliant and commercially competitive quotations.
- Manage assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle, from initial site assessment and procurement to execution, testing and commissioning, snag clearance, and final handover.
- Review technical submittals, quotations, equipment and material selections, method statements, and subcontractor proposals to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges and site-related issues.
- Monitor project schedules, costs, quality, safety, material deliveries, and site progress, identifying potential delays, execution risks, and commercial impacts.
- Prepare project progress reports, variation requests, and supporting technical documentation to maintain effective project control.
- Ensure project activities comply with applicable technical standards, contractual requirements, company procedures, and health and safety requirements.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning, resolve outstanding snags, and ensure the timely completion of project handover documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in mechanical and HVAC projects, preferably involving HVAC equipment replacement and retrofit works.
- Strong experience in site surveys, HVAC equipment replacement, RFQ preparation, BOQ and scope development, technical evaluation, and project execution.
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), packaged units, pumps, piping, ductwork, controls, and associated mechanical works.
- Proven experience coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and oversee all stages through testing and commissioning, snag closure, and final handover.
- Strong project planning, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, project reports, and project progress records.
