تعلن شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط عن فرصة لمستشار مبتدئ في إدارة المخاطر الأمنية ضمن فريقها المتنامي في الإمارات والسعودية، وذلك في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
الوظيفة مناسبة للمهنيين في بداية مسيرتهم المهنية والمهتمين بالاستشارات الأمنية وإدارة المخاطر وحماية الأشخاص والأماكن والأصول. يتيح المنصب العمل على مشاريع كبرى تشمل البنية التحتية الحرجة، والطيران، والنقل، والرعاية الصحية، والضيافة، والمشاريع التجارية والسكنية والمختلطة في أنحاء الشرق الأوسط.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تنفيذ تقييمات المخاطر الأمنية (SRA)، وتقييمات التهديدات والثغرات والمخاطر (TVRA)، ودراسات الوقاية من الجريمة عبر التصميم البيئي (CPTED).
- المساعدة في تطوير الاستراتيجيات الأمنية والمفاهيم التشغيلية وتقارير التصميم الأمني.
- دعم التخطيط والتصميم الأمني في مشاريع الطيران والنقل والبنية التحتية الحرجة والمشاريع التجارية والسكنية والضيافة والرعاية الصحية والمشاريع المختلطة.
- البحث في بيئات التهديدات الإقليمية والمعايير الأمنية والمخاطر الناشئة وأفضل الممارسات في القطاع.
- دعم المستشارين الأوائل في التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة وورش العمل والعروض التقديمية للعملاء.
- مراجعة المستندات المعمارية والهندسية ووثائق التخطيط الرئيسي من المنظور الأمني والمخاطر.
- المساهمة في التوصيات المتعلقة بالتقنيات الأمنية، مثل الدوائر التلفزيونية المغلقة (CCTV)، والتحكم في الدخول، وحماية المحيط، وكشف التسلل، وأنظمة القيادة والسيطرة.
- إعداد تقارير فنية عالية الجودة وعروض تقديمية ومخرجات المشاريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأمن، أو علم الجريمة، أو العلاقات الدولية، أو الهندسة، أو إدارة المخاطر، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات ذات صلة في الاستشارات الأمنية، أو العمليات الأمنية، أو إدارة المخاطر، أو إنفاذ القانون، أو المجال العسكري، أو الاستخباراتي، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- فهم مبادئ التصميم الأمني ومنهجيات تقييم المخاطر.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فرق مشاريع متعددة التخصصات ودولية.
- الخبرة في الإمارات أو السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط بشكل أوسع ميزة إضافية.
- الشهادات المهنية المفضلة (يُرحّب بحاملي هذه الشهادات أو من يسعون للحصول عليها): ASIS Physical Security Professional (PSP)، وASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP)، وSecurity Institute Certificate in Security Management، وSecurity Institute Diploma in Security Management، وCertified CPTED Practitioner، وProject Management Professional (PMP) ميزة إضافية، وCertified Security Project Manager (CSPM) ميزة إضافية.

Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of Security Risk Assessments (SRA), Threat Vulnerability Risk Assessments (TVRA), and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) studies.
- Assist in developing security strategies, operational concepts, and security design reports.
- Support security planning and design across aviation, transport, critical infrastructure, commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.
- Research regional threat environments, security standards, emerging risks, and industry good practice.
- Support senior consultants with stakeholder engagement, workshops, and client presentations.
- Review architectural, engineering, and master planning documentation from a security and risk perspective.
- Contribute to security technology recommendations, including CCTV, access control, perimeter protection, intrusion detection, and command-and-control systems.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, presentations, and project deliverables.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, International Relations, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in security consulting, security operations, risk management, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and report-writing skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- An understanding of security design principles and risk assessment methodologies.
- The ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international project teams.
- Experience in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or wider Middle East would be advantageous.
Candidates holding, working towards, or interested in obtaining relevant professional certifications would be highly regarded, including:

- Security Institute Certificate in Security Management
