تعلن شركة Olgoonik Corporation عن حاجتها لشاغر مساعد نقل (Transportation Assistant - GDEC TO23) في منطقة مكة المكرمة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مساعد النقل ترتيب حركة نقل المواد من خلال ناقلين تجاريين للاستلام والتسليم، ويساعد في جدولة أنشطة النقل وتنسيقها ومراقبتها لضمان نقل الموظفين والمواد أو الركاب بأمان وفي الوقت المناسب وبكفاءة. يُعد مستوى عالٍ من إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية متطلباً أساسياً لهذه الوظيفة. ويتم العمل في مستودع داخلي وخارجي وفي بيئة مكتبية. ولا توجد مسؤوليات إشرافية مرتبطة بهذا المنصب.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد ملصقات التجهيز التي تُوضع على الشحنات، والتأكد من تحميلها في المعدات المناسبة.
- تخصيص أرقام الأختام لكل شحنة محلية لضمان تأمينها وعدم العبث بها أثناء النقل.
- مراقبة الشحنة من لحظة مغادرة السائق للمستودع حتى استلامها في الوجهة.
- توقيع وثيقة بوليصة الشحن المعالجة بعد تركيب الختم المثبت على باب المعدة.
- التأكد من تسجيل جميع الشحنات المحلية في التقارير الأسبوعية والشهرية والسنوية.
- إعداد وتحديث جدول بيانات لتقارير الشحنات المحلية لضمان المساءلة.
- توقيع إثبات التسليم من المستلم في تاريخ التسليم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يُفضّل خبرة سابقة في Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
- خبرة سابقة في النقل أو اللوجستيات أو الدعم الإداري.
- معرفة بالطرق المحلية وأنظمة النقل المعمول بها.
- يُفضّل شهادة الثانوية العامة أو درجة البكالوريوس.
- خبرة في إدارة السلامة ضمن قطاع التصنيع، مع معرفة بمعايير السلامة في المصانع والإجراءات التشغيلية.
- حاصل على شهادة HSE (الصحة والسلامة والبيئة) سارية المفعول، وشهادات مهنية ذات صلة.
- مواطن سعودي، وملم بأنظمة السلامة المحلية والإجراءات الحكومية في المملكة.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
- القدرة على التعامل مع الأنشطة الميدانية، مع الالتزام بالمتطلبات البدنية التالية: الوقوف والمشي والجلوس بشكل متقطع، واستخدام اليدين والأصابع، والوصول بالأيدي والذراعين، وصعود الدرج، والانحناء والركوع، والتحدث والاستماع، ورفع أو تحريك أوزان تصل إلى 50 رطلاً بشكل متقطع.
- يشترط لاستمرار التوظيف اجتياز الفحص الطبي لدى الهيئة السعودية لتنظيم سوق العمل (LMRA) عبر مستشفياتها المعتمدة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مع مهارات تواصل قوية.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتنسيقية قوية، وقدرة على الاستجابة للطوارئ.
- ارتباط وظيفي بالتنسيق بين المصنع والجهات الحكومية لضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية المحلية.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق، وإظهار اتجاه إيجابي نحو العمل والفريق.
- القدرة على تشغيل معدات مثل Skid Steer وBackhoe وMini-excavator وLoader وTrencher وغيرها.

Overview
The Transportation Assistant shall provide for the arrangement of material movement of commercial carrier pick-up and delivery. The successful candidate will assist with scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of transportation activities to ensure safe, timely, and efficient movement of staff, materials, or passengers. A high level of English proficiency is essential for this role.
Primary Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
- Prepares staging labels to be placed on cargo, ensuring it is loaded in the proper equipment.
- Assigns seal numbers to each domestic shipment to ensure the cargo is secure and not tampered with while in transit.
- Monitors shipment from time the driver leaves the warehouse until receipt of shipment at destination.
- Processed Bill of landing is signed once the bolted seal is placed in the door of the equipment.
- Ensures that all domestic shipments are noted in the weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
- Maintains spreadsheet on domestic shipment reports for accountability.
- Signs proof of delivery from the receiver on the delivery date.
- There are no supervisory responsibilities associated with this position.
- Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) experience preferred.
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or administrative support
- Knowledge of local routes and transportation regulations.
- High School diploma/ bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in safety management within the manufacturing industry, with knowledge of factory safety standards and operational processes.
- Possess a valid HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) certificate and relevant professional certifications.
- Saudi national, familiar with local safety regulations and government procedures in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Responsible for safety liaison between the factory and government departments to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as emergency response capabilities.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude towards work and the team.
- Ability to operate skid steer, backhoe, mini-excavator, loader, trencher, etc.
- Valid Driver’s License
