تعلن شركة Olgoonik Corporation عن حاجتها إلى أخصائي مستودعات (Warehouse Specialist) ضمن المشروع المرجعي GDEC TO23، في منطقة مكة المكرمة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. تتولى الوظيفة استلام المواد الخطرة وصرفها وتجهيزها للشحن، ويُشترط إتقان عالٍ للغة الإنجليزية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استخدام نظام DSS/WMS وأنظمة البيانات الحكومية الأخرى لتنفيذ متطلبات وثيقة نطاق العمل (PWS).
- تنفيذ كامل مهام فاحص المواد ومُعرّفها، ويشمل ذلك التعريف والفحص والتصنيف والقبول أو الرفض، وتحديد رموز الحالة وتعيينها لجميع فئات المواد، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الفئات II وIII وIX.
- تحميل المواد وتنزيلها من الألواح الخشبية (Skids) والمنصات (Pallets) والحوامل.
- تشغيل الأدوات والمعدات اللازمة لأداء المهام.
- تشغيل معدات المناولة (MHE) حسب التكليف، وامتلاك الرخصة المناسبة لذلك.
- العد والوزن وتسجيل البيانات ووضع العلامات والملصقات.
- تطبيق إجراءات الفحص والمعاينة الأساسية للمواد.
- قراءة المواصفات والرسومات الهندسية والمخططات والصور.
- إعداد التقارير المتعلقة بمهام التوزيع.
- إجراء تعديلات الصيانة الوقائية على المعدات ذات الصلة.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى تُكلَّف بها أثناء العمل مع المواد الخطرة وحولها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (GED).
- خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في توزيع المواد الخطرة وتخزينها باستخدام نظام DSS/WMS أو نظام إدارة مستودعات معادل، خلال السنوات الخمس الأخيرة.
- القدرة على الحصول على رخصة تشغيل معدات المناولة (MHE).
- إتقان استخدام نظام التوزيع القياسي (DSS) وغيره من أنظمة التوزيع الآلية المستخدمة في الموقع.
- أن يكون سعودي الجنسية، وعلى دراية باللوائح المحلية للسلامة والإجراءات الحكومية في المملكة.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وإظهار اتجاه إيجابي نحو العمل والفريق.
- القدرة على تعدد المهام بكفاءة والعمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة على مشاريع متعددة، مع دقة عالية في التفاصيل.
- القدرة على رفع الأحمال حتى 50 رطلاً (نحو 23 كغم) بشكل عرضي، مع القدرة على الوقوف والمشي والجلوس والانحناء والركوع وتسلق السلالم بحسب متطلبات الوظيفة.
- الحصول على موافقة الهيئة العامة لتنظيم سوق العمل (LMRA) على اللياقة الطبية عبر المستشفيات المعتمدة لديها، وهو شرط لاستمرار التوظيف.
- بيئة العمل: مزيج من العمل داخل المستودع وخارجه، إضافة إلى العمل في المكتب.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان حزمة Microsoft Office، ويشمل Word وExcel وAccess والبريد الإلكتروني.
- مهارات تنظيم وتنسيق قوية، إضافة إلى القدرة على الاستجابة للطوارئ.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة مع مهارات تواصل قوية.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وإظهار اتجاه إيجابي نحو العمل.

Primary Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
- Uses DSS/WMS and other government data systems to perform the requirements in the PWS.
- Performs the full range of duties involved in the Materials Examiner and Identifier duties such as identification, examinations, classifications, acceptance/rejection, determine and assign condition codes of all classes of material, to include but not limited to Class II, III, IX.
- Load material on and off skids, pallets, and stands.
- Operate tools and equipment in performance of duties.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as assigned and hold appropriate license.
- Count, weigh, record data, apply tags and labels.
- Able to use basic processes of inspection/examination procedures for material.
- Able to read specifications, drawings, prints, schematics and photographs.
- Able to prepare reports relating to distribution functions.
- Able to make preventive maintenance adjustments to related equipment.
- Perform all other duties as assigned working with and around Hazardous Material.
- Must have High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum three years’ specific experience in distribution and warehousing of hazardous material using DSS/WMS or equivalent warehouse management system within the past five (5) years.
- Must be able to acquire license to use Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Must be proficient in the use of Distribution Standard System (DSS) and other automated distribution systems used at site.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite of products including, Word, Excel, Access and E-mail business software.
- Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a team.
- Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects, and have strong attention for detail.
- Saudi national, familiar with local safety regulations and government procedures in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as emergency response capabilities.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude towards work and the team.
