تعلن شركة GE HealthCare، الرائدة عالمياً في مجال التكنولوجيا الطبية والابتكار الرقمي، عن توفر فرصة تدريب مهني مبكر (Early Career Trainee) في منطقة الرياض. ستعمل في صيانة وتركيب وإصلاح أجهزة التصوير الطبية التي تغير حياة المرضى، مع التركيز على تحقيق أعلى مستويات رضا العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتركيبات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها على جميع موديلات أجهزة التصوير الطبية في المنطقة المخصصة.
- التعامل اليومي مع الأطباء والفنيين لضمان رضاهم التام وحل المشكلات بفعالية.
- التحكم في تكاليف عقود الضمان والخدمة الوقائية (PMS) وتحقيق كفاءة التكاليف.
- إكمال جميع المهام الإدارية والتوثيق في الوقت المحدد، بما يشمل تعليمات التعديل الميداني (FMI) وسجلات الصيانة.
- استخدام الأدوات الرقمية مثل Smart PM و Onwatch لتحسين الإنتاجية ومراقبة الإنذارات الاستباقية.
- التنسيق مع مهندسي الدعم لإيجاد حلول بديلة فعالة من حيث التكلفة.
- دعم فرق المبيعات في تجديد العقود وتحويل عقود الخدمة وفرص بيع الأنظمة الجديدة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية والإلكترونية أو الهندسة الطبية الحيوية.
- مهارات تحليلية تقنية عالية والقدرة على تشخيص الأعطال المعقدة في الأنظمة متعددة الأعراض.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة، كتابة، تحدثاً).
- معايير عمل عالية واهتمام بالجودة.
- القدرة على تنظيم العمل والتخطيط بفعالية.
- الاستعداد للسفر داخل المملكة العربية السعودية وخارجها لأغراض التدريب والعمل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل واستماع ممتازة، والقدرة على التعامل بلباقة مع الاختلافات في الرأي والتأثير بدلاً من التوجيه.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل بأقل توجيه.
- المبادرة والتحفيز الذاتي للتعلم والتحسين المستمر.
- مهارات قوية في العلاقات مع العملاء والتركيز على حل المشكلات من الزيارة الأولى.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Technical: Maintains all models specific to a modality in the assigned area.
- Electronic/Mechanical: Total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
- Customer satisfaction: Daily interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues. Acts to ensure satisfaction to primary customers.
- Productivity: Responsible for Warranty and PMS contract cost control.
- Administration: Responsibly completes all administration tasks on time. Ensures timely completion of FMIs and PMS inspections documentation for assigned accounts.
- Strong Customer skills, deals tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion, influences rather than directs.
- Focus on customer impact and aim to fix issues in 1st visit effectively.
- Basic customer relationship skill.
- Care on material consumption and works to address root cause issue/minimize cost with LLFRU usage.
- Use applicable digital tools that supports productivity initiatives, eg Smart PM, proactive (onwatch) alerts.
- Discuss with support engineers for alternate cost-effective solutions.
- Show consistent positive approach to customers, ensure customer has awareness and well perception of GE high quality service.
- Open to learn and improve.
- Use applicable digital platforms efficiently.
- Ensure connectivity of responsible systems.
- Perform all QA / EHS trainings on time.
- Care on SR quality, PM checklists.
- Support Service Sales with contract renewals/ option & upgrade opportunities/ hbs - contract conversions, etc.
- Support Sales teams with new equipment sales opportunities / opportunities of EOSL system.
- Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
- Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
- Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
- Ensure timely dispatch closure.
- Ensure completion of all field modifications instructions (FMI’s) within prescribed timeframe.

- Qualified to Degree level, Bachelors degree Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Biomedical Engineering.
