GE HealthCare، شركة رائدة عالمياً في الابتكار الطبي والحلول الرقمية، تبحث عن أخصائي تركيب وترقية (Installation & Upgrade Specialist) في منطقة الرياض. يهدف الدور إلى تقديم خبرة في التركيب والترقية لضمان نجاح حلول التصوير الرقمي (IDS) واعتمادها، مع التركيز على حل MIM للتصوير الطبي، عبر دورة حياة العميل بعد البيع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المساهمة في تنفيذ حلول IDS باستخدام حزمة البرامج.
  • تحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن التسليمات الفنية طوال دورة حياة المشاريع.
  • المشاركة في دورة الحياة الكاملة للمشاريع الموكلة بما في ذلك التركيب الأولي والترقيات اللاحقة، والمساهمة في قرارات الهندسة والتصميم والوظائف لضمان التزام المشاريع بالميزانية والجدول الزمني وتوقعات العملاء.
  • العمل عن كثب مع العميل لفهم احتياجاته وتطوير استراتيجيات مخصصة لمؤسسته من خلال تقييمات المواقع.
  • تقديم توصيات قياسية حول سير العمل والتطبيق والواجهات والتقارير والاختبارات والتحميلات للعملاء أثناء عملية التنفيذ.
  • المسؤولية عن جاهزية الإطلاق والدعم بعد الإطلاق، بالإضافة إلى متابعات ما بعد الإطلاق، والعمل بشكل تعاوني مع أعضاء الفريق الداخليين والعملاء لضمان رضا العملاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس من جامعة أو كلية معتمدة.
  • خبرة في بيئة خدمات ودعم العملاء الرقمي.
  • القدرة على العمل والتواصل بفعالية مع مختلف الجهات المعنية.
  • خبرة مثبتة في خدمة العملاء في بيئة سريرية.
  • خبرة في إدارة مشاريع واسعة النطاق مع الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية؛ خبرة في تقنية المعلومات أو التركيبات مطلوبة.
  • معرفة عملية بنظام Microsoft Windows وتطبيقات Microsoft Office، بما في ذلك الاستخدام الفعال لـ Copilot وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي الأخرى.
  • خبرة في أنظمة التشغيل: Windows Server، Linux.
  • مهارات حاسوبية قوية.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية ولغة إقليمية إضافية واحدة على الأقل (البولندية أو العربية). إتقان أكثر من لغتين يُعد ميزة قيّمة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القدرة على شرح المواضيع التقنية المعقدة بطريقة سهلة للعملاء.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئات سريعة الوتيرة وتحت ضغط.
  • معرفة بالشبكات والتكامل: DICOM، IHE، HL7، FHIR.

As an Installation & Upgrade Specialist, you will be providing installation and upgrade expertise to ensure successful delivery and adoption of Imaging Digital Solutions (IDS), with a particular focus on our Medical Imaging Merge (MIM), across the post sales customer lifecycle. In this role, you will drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes through effective planning, coordination, and implementation of our Imaging Digital Solutions.

You will act as an interface between customers and internal stakeholders, managing integrations, IT dependencies, and operational execution to ensure successful implementations. Impacts the quality of own work and contributes to overall team effectiveness. You will exercise judgment to prioritize and adapt tasks based on evolving customer and operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the implementation of IDS solutions utilizing the Software Suite.
  • Owning technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects.
  • Engaging throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects including initial installation and subsequent upgrades, and participating in decisions on architecture, design, and functionality to keep programs on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations.
  • Working closely with the client to understand their needs and develop strategies tailored to their organization through site assessments.
  • Making standard recommendations on workflow, application, interface, reports, testing and uploads to customers through the implementation process.
  • Being responsible for go-live readiness and support as well as post-live checkups and will be required to work collaboratively with internal team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college,
  • Experience in the Services & Digital Customer Support environment.
  • Ability to work with and communication effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a clinical environment.
  • Experience managing large‑scale projects, meeting or exceeding deadlines; IT or installation experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including effective use of Copilot and other AI tools.
  • Experience with operating systems: Windows Server, Linux.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional regional language (Polish, or Arabic). Proficiency in more than two languages is highly valued.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics in a customer‑friendly manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced and challenging environments.
  • Networking & Integration: DICOM, IHE, HL7, FHIR
  • Web technologies knowledge.
  • Experience in healthcare environments, particularly radiology or nuclear medicine departments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10–15%.
