تعلن شركة Napco National عن حاجتها إلى مشغل آلة (Machine Operator) للعمل في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

طلب المواد الخام (RM/ORM) للعمل التالي وفقاً لبطاقة عمل المصنع (Job Factory Ticket) ووثيقة PCC.
تجهيز الآلة وضبطها وفقاً لوثيقة PCC وبطاقة Job Factory Ticket.
استكشاف أي مشكلة تشغيلية، والإبلاغ عن المشكلات الكبيرة إلى قائد الفريق أو المشغل الرئيسي (Lead Operator).
تقديم عينات بدء التشغيل لفحص الجودة واعتمادها.
تعبئة تقارير الإنتاج.
متابعة عملية الطباعة على مدار الساعة.
فحص مقاس المنتج النهائي، وتسجيل الطباعة (print registration)، والتكرار (repeat)، ومطابقة الألوان، والعيوب البصرية مثل النقاط وتلطخ الحبر.
تقديم عينة من الرول إلى قسم مراقبة الجودة (QC) لضبط الجودة.
الإبلاغ عن أي عيوب في الجودة إلى قسم QC وقائد الفريق أو المشغل الرئيسي.
الإبلاغ إلى فريق الصيانة وقائد الفريق عند حدوث أي عطل أو تلف في أجزاء الآلة.
العمل على تحقيق أهداف مؤشرات الأداء (KPI).
توزيع المهام على المساعدين حسب احتياجات العمل.
تعبئة وتوقيع ملصق الرول أو البالت (roll / pallet label).
المحافظة على نظافة الآلة ومحيطها وفقاً لجدول دورة 5S.
التوقيع على: تقارير الإنتاج، وطلبات RM/ORM، وبطاقة Job Factory Ticket (JFT)، وورقة مراقبة الجودة، وورقة بدء تشغيل الإنتاج، وورقة اللزوجة (viscosity sheet).

الشروط والمتطلبات

مهارات القراءة والكتابة والحساب الأساسية، وتُكتسب من خلال المرحلة الابتدائية.
شهادة مهنية: دبلوم فني (Technical Diploma).
القدرة على العمل بنظام الورديات المتناوبة.
القدرة على العمل في بيئة عالية الضغط.

المهارات المطلوبة

التحكم في تشغيل المعدات أو الأنظمة.
مراقبة مؤشرات القياس والعدادات للتأكد من سلامة عمل الآلة.
تحديد نوع الأدوات والمعدات اللازمة لإنجاز العمل.
إجراء الاختبارات والفحوصات على المنتجات لتقييم الجودة أو الأداء.
الاستماع إلى المعلومات والأفكار المعروضة شفهياً وفهمها.
نقل المعلومات والأفكار كتابياً بوضوح ليفهمها الآخرون.
معرفة المواد الخام وعمليات الإنتاج وضبط الجودة والتقنيات الأخرى لتعظيم كفاءة تصنيع المنتجات.
معرفة الآلات والأدوات، بما في ذلك تصميمها واستخداماتها وإصلاحها وصيانتها.

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Pre Make Ready

Request RM/ORM for the next job according to Job Factory Ticket and PCC.

Startup/Job Setting

Prepare and set the machine according to PCC and Job Factory Ticket.
Troubleshoot any problem and report major ones to the Team Leader/ Lead Operator.
Provide start up samples for quality checks and approval.

Production

Fill production reports.
Follow up printing process around the clock.
Check the Finished Product size, print registration, repeat, color matching and visual defects (dots, ink touch…)
Troubleshoot any problem and report major ones to the Team Leader / Lead Operator.
Provide roll sample to QC for quality control.
To report any quality defects to QC and Team Leader / Lead Operator.
To report to maintenance team and Team Leader in case of any breakdown or any damage in machine parts.
Drive to reach the KPI target.
Assigns tasks to the helpers according to the job needs.
Fill and sign the roll / pallet label.

To maintain proper cleaning for his machine and surrounding as per 5S cycle chart.

Authorities

Signs over the production's reports.
Signs over RM/ ORM request.
Signs Job Factory Ticket (JFT)
Signs on the QC control sheet.
Sign the production startup sheet
Signs the viscosity sheet

Education & Experience

Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is acquired through a primary school.

Professional Certification: Technical Diploma.

Skills

Controlling operations of equipment or systems.
Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
Conducting tests and inspections of products to evaluate quality or performance.

Knowledge

Raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods.
Machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Abilities

Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
Communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.
