نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستلعب دوراً محورياً في ضمان تخطيط المواد والتحكم بها وتخزينها وتسليمها بكفاءة لدعم تنفيذ المشاريع والتميز التشغيلي، من خلال العمل على تخطيط المواد وإدارة المخزون وعمليات المستودعات والامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة، للحفاظ على سلسلة إمداد موثوقة ورفع دقة المخزون وفعالية استخدام الموارد. ستعمل ضمن فريق عمليات تعاوني يتعاون مع زملاء من الهندسة والتخطيط والإنتاج والمشتريات والمستودعات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان توافر المواد بما يتوافق مع جداول المشاريع والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
- إدارة أنشطة تخطيط المواد من خلال مراجعة متطلبات المشروع وقوائم المواد (BOMs) والرسومات الهندسية ومستويات المخزون.
- الحفاظ على سجلات المخزون الدقيقة وبيانات المواد الرئيسية وسلامة المعاملات داخل نظام ERP.
- متابعة استخدام المواد وتحديد النقص واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتقليل مخاطر المشروع وهدر المواد.
- دعم كفاءة عمليات المستودع، including الاستلام والتخزين والصرف ومناولة المواد والرقابة على المخزون.
- تعزيز دقة المخزون من خلال الجرد الدوري والتدقيق والتحسين المستمر للعمليات.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لتحسين تدفق المواد وإمكانية رؤية المخزون وجاهزية المشروع.
- تحسين استخدام المساحات في المستودع وممارسات حفظ المواد.
- دعم ثقافة السلامة القوية من خلال الالتزام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وممارسات مناولة المواد الآمنة.
- المساهمة في التميز التشغيلي من خلال تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات وتحسين المخزون.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- معرفة بإدارة المواد والرقابة على المخزون وعمليات المستودعات.
- القدرة على استخدام أنظمة ERP للحفاظ على دقة المخزون ودعم معاملات المواد.
- القدرة على قراءة قوائم المواد (BOMs) وكميات الحصر (Material Take-offs) والرسومات الهندسية.
- معرفة بممارسات تخطيط المواد والرقابة على المخزون وإدارة المستودعات.
- القدرة على تحديد متطلبات المواد وترتيب أولويات الموارد ودعم تنفيذ المشاريع بموثوقية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في قطاع النفط والغاز أو EPC أو التصنيع أو العمليات الصناعية.
- معرفة بمواد الأنابيب والتجهيزات والوصلات الشفهية (Flanges) والصمامات والحديد الإنشائي والسلع الصناعية ذات الصلة.
- القدرة على دعم تخطيط المواد للمشروع وتخصيصها وأنشطة التنفيذ.
- معرفة بتحسين المخزون وكفاءة المستودعات وممارسات استخدام المساحات.
- فهم متطلبات تتبع المواد (Traceability) وحفظها وحوكمة المخزون.
- المشاركة في تدقيق المخزون والجرد الدوري ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.
- القدرة على خلق قيمة من خلال تحسين توافر المواد ودقة المخزون والكفاءة التشغيلية.

- Ensure material availability aligns with project schedules and operational requirements.
- Manage material planning activities by reviewing project requirements, BOMs, drawings, and inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, material master data, and transaction integrity within the ERP system.
- Monitor material utilization, identify shortages, and drive actions to minimize project risks and material waste.
- Support efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, material handling, and inventory control.
- Promote inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and continuous process improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve material flow, inventory visibility, and project readiness.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and material preservation practices.
- Support a strong safety culture through adherence to HSE requirements and safe material handling practices.
- Contribute to operational excellence by identifying opportunities for process improvement and inventory optimization.
- Knowledge of material management, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Ability to utilize ERP systems to maintain inventory accuracy and support material transactions.
- Ability to interpret bills of materials (BOMs), material take-offs, and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of material planning, inventory control, and warehouse management practices.
- Capability to identify material requirements, prioritize resources, and support reliable project execution.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Exposure to Oil & Gas, EPC, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
- Knowledge of piping materials, fittings, flanges, valves, structural steel, and related industrial commodities.
- Capability to support project material planning, allocation, and execution activities.
- Knowledge of inventory optimization, warehouse efficiency, and space utilization practices.
- Understanding of material traceability, preservation, and inventory governance requirements.
