تعلن شركة AESG، وهي شركة استشارات هندسية متخصصة وحاصلة على جوائز، عن فرصة لشغل وظيفة مهندس تشغيل وتسليم (Commissioning Engineer - Mechanical) في مدينة الرياض، ضمن فريق مشروع متعدد التخصصات يمثل الشركة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تتمثل المهمة الأساسية في إجراء عمليات التفتيش الميداني والتحقق من صحة نتائج الاختبارات، وتقديم خدمات التشغيل والتسليم بما يتوافق مع المعايير العالية التي يتوقعها عملاء الشركة. وتعمل الشركة في الشرق الأوسط وأوروبا وآسيا، ولها مكاتب في لندن والرياض وسنغافورة ودبي وكيب تاون والقاهرة وسيدني، وتغطي خدماتها الهندسة الإنشائية، والتخطيط والبنية التحتية، والاستشارات الاستراتيجية، والتشغيل والتسليم وإدارة الأصول.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء عمليات التفتيش الميداني والإشراف على اختبار الأنظمة الميكانيكية، ومنها أنظمة الماء المبرد، ووحدات التكييف، ووحدات معالجة الهواء (AHUs)، ووحدات FCUs وCRAH/CRAC، وأبراج التبريد، والمضخات، وأنظمة التهوية، والسباكة والصحة العامة، وأنظمة الحماية من الحريق، والمعدات المرتبطة بها حسب الحاجة.
  • مراجعة المخططات، وتسلسل التشغيل، وجداول المعدات، وطرق العمل، وإجراءات الاختبار، وخطط التشغيل، للتأكد من توافقها مع مواصفات المشروع والأكواد المعتمدة والمعايير الصناعية مثل CIBSE وASHRAE وBSRIA وغيرها.
  • التحقق من جاهزية التركيب قبل الاختبار، بما في ذلك خطوط الأنابيب والدعامات والعزل والترقيم وإمكانية الوصول والصيانة واكتمال النظام.
  • الإشراف على أنشطة ما قبل التشغيل والتحقق منها، ومنها اختبار الضغط والتنظيف والغسيل ومعالجة المياه وتشغيل المعدات والتفتيش على جاهزية الأنظمة.
  • التحقق من أداء الأنظمة عبر مراجعة معدلات التدفق ودرجات الحرارة والضغوط وتسلسلات التحكم ونقاط الضبط ونتائج موازنة الهواء والماء (TAB) وتشغيل المعدات، ومقارنتها بالتصميم.
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين وأخصائيي TAB ومهندسي أنظمة التحكم وBMS ومورّدي المعدات (OEM) وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لتخطيط الاختبارات وحل المشكلات الفنية وضمان جاهزية الأنظمة.
  • متابعة تقدم أعمال التشغيل، وإعداد وتحديث سجلات التشغيل وقوائم النواقص وتقارير الجاهزية، ودعم تنفيذ الجدول الزمني للمشروع.
  • إعداد تقارير ملاحظات ميدانية عالية الجودة، وسجلات التشغيل، والتعليقات الفنية، وتقارير عدم المطابقة، وقوائم الملاحظات النهائية (Punch Lists).
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات التشغيل وورش العمل الفنية وجلسات التنسيق، وتقديم المدخلات المتعلقة بجاهزية الأنظمة والمخاطر الفنية وقيود الجدول الزمني.
  • دعم اختبارات الأداء الوظيفي والاختبارات المتكاملة للأنظمة، والتحقق من تكامل الأنظمة الميكانيكية مع الأنظمة الكهربائية وأنظمة التحكم والحماية من الحريق والسلامة عند الحاجة.
  • مراجعة تقارير TAB ونتائج جودة المياه ودليل التشغيل والصيانة (O&M) ووثائق As-Built وسجلات التدريب ووثائق التسليم قبل إتمام المشروع.
  • ضمان تنفيذ جميع أنشطة التشغيل وفق إجراءات المشروع ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة ومعايير الجودة وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية، مع تمثيل الشركة بشكل مهني في جميع التعاملات المتعلقة بالمشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة الخدمات الإنشائية (MEP)، أو دبلوم كلية في هندسة MEP أو الخدمات الإنشائية، أو HNC/HND أو ما يعادلها، أو شهادة كلية في هندسة MEP أو الخدمات الإنشائية أو ONC/OND أو ما يعادلها، أو خبرة في المهنة (Trade) مع شهادة City & Guilds.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال العمل ذي الصلة مع شهادة هندسة، أو 6 سنوات مع دبلوم كلية، أو 7 سنوات مع شهادة كلية أو شهادة مهنية.
  • خبرة كبيرة وكفاءات متقدمة.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في المهام المعقدة.
  • مفضّل وليس شرطاً أساسياً: عضوية Incorporated Engineer.
  • مفضّل وليس شرطاً أساسياً: شهادة CSA Grade 4.
  • مفضّل وليس شرطاً أساسياً: شهادة تشغيل معتمدة مثل BCA أو ACG أو NEBB.

  • As part of a multi-discipline project team representing AESG, conduct site inspections and verify the tested results are correct.
  • Provide support to the project by delivering commissioning services in line with the high-standards clients of AESG have come to expect.

Qualification / Experience

Education

  • MEP / Building Services Engineering Degree
    • BSc Mechanical Engineering
    • BSc Building Services Engineering
  • MEP / Building Services Engineering College Diploma
    • HNC, HND or equivalent
  • MEP / Building Services Engineering College Certificate
    • ONC, OND or equivalent
    • MEP Trade time served + City & Guilds certificate
Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of job-related experience + Engineering degree
  • Minimum 6 years of job-related experience + college diploma
  • Minimum 7 years of job-related experience + college or Trade Certificate

Industry Accreditations

  • Incorporated Engineer, desirable but not essential
  • CSA Grade 4 qualifies, desirable but not essential
  • Commissioning certification such as BCA, ACG or NEBB, desirable but not essential

GENERAL EXPECTANCY

Responsibilities

  • Carry out site inspections and witness testing of mechanical systems including chilled water systems, HVAC equipment, AHUs, FCUs, CRAH/CRAC units, cooling towers, pumps, ventilation systems, plumbing, public health, fire protection systems, and associated equipment where applicable.
  • Review drawings, sequences of operation, equipment schedules, method statements, testing procedures, and commissioning plans to ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and industry standards (CIBSE, ASHRAE, BSRIA, etc.).
  • Verify installation readiness, including pipework, supports, insulation, labelling, accessibility, maintainability, and system completeness prior to testing.
  • Witness and verify pre-commissioning activities including pressure testing, flushing, cleaning, water treatment, equipment start-up, and system readiness inspections.
  • Validate system performance by reviewing flow rates, temperatures, pressures, control sequences, setpoints, TAB results, and equipment operation against design intent.
  • Coordinate with contractors, TAB specialists, controls/BMS engineers, OEM vendors, and other stakeholders to plan testing activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure system readiness.
  • Monitor commissioning progress, maintain commissioning trackers, deficiency logs, and readiness reports, and support programme delivery.
  • Prepare high-quality site observation reports, commissioning records, technical comments, non-conformance reports, and punch lists.
  • Participate in commissioning meetings, technical workshops, and coordination sessions, providing input on system readiness, technical risks, and programme constraints.
  • Support functional performance testing, integrated systems testing, and verification of mechanical system interfaces with electrical, controls, fire protection, and life safety systems where applicable.
  • Review TAB reports, water quality results, O&M manuals, as-built documentation, training records, and handover documentation prior to project completion.
  • Ensure all commissioning activities are carried out in accordance with project procedures, health and safety requirements, quality standards, and industry best practice while representing AESG professionally in all project interactions.
