تعلن شركة AESG، وهي شركة استشارات هندسية متخصصة حائزة على جوائز، عن فرصة لشغل وظيفة مهندس تشغيل وتسليم أول - ميكانيكي (Senior Commissioning Engineer - Mechanical) في مدينة الرياض.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تُعد هذه الوظيفة دوراً قيادياً أول ضمن فريق مشاريع التشغيل والتسليم، إذ يُعد شاغلها مرجعاً تقنياً في تخصصه وقائداً داخل الفريق. وهو شخص ذاتي الدافع، يدعم مدير المشروع في تنفيذ نطاق العمل، ويقدم التدريب والتوجيه لأعضاء الفريق. تتخذ AESG من لندن مقراً رئيسياً لها، ولديها فروع في الرياض وسنغافورة ودبي وكيب تاون والقاهرة وسيدني، وتعمل في الشرق الأوسط وأوروبا وآسيا. وتغطي خدماتها أربعة مجالات رئيسية: هندسة المباني، والتخطيط والبنية التحتية، والاستراتيجية والاستشارات، والتشغيل والتسليم وإدارة الأصول.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء عمليات التفتيش الميداني بشكل مستقل في التخصص المحدد
  • مراجعة معلومات التصميم والتفاوتات المسموح بها وطرق العمل المتفق عليها
  • تقييم ما إذا كانت إجراءات الاختبار والنتائج المسجلة تثبت الالتزام بمواصفات المشروع وأكواد الممارسات الصناعية
  • المساعدة في مراجعة وثائق المشروع للتحقق من التوافق مع مواصفات المشروع وأكواد الممارسات الصناعية
  • رفع المشكلات المكتشفة إلى أعضاء الفريق الأقدم بأسلوب واضح ودقيق وموجز
  • التواصل مع فريق التشغيل لدى المقاولين بطريقة مهنية
  • إجراء الملاحظات الميدانية المتعلقة بجودة التركيب
  • إعداد الوثائق بمستوى عالٍ من الجودة، بما في ذلك تقارير الملاحظات الميدانية
  • متابعة التركيب والمستندات المقدمة واستخدام الأدوات الهندسية بما يتوافق مع توجيهات المشروع والتشغيل
  • المشاركة في الاجتماعات وورش العمل عند الحاجة
  • أن يكون مرجعاً تقنياً وقائداً داخل فريق المشروع والقسم
  • دعم الزملاء وتوجيههم وتدريبهم
  • متابعة إنجاز المهام، وإعداد جداول المتابعة المستقبلية وأدوات التتبع لمراحل المشروع الرئيسية
  • الاحتفاظ بيومية يومية للأحداث والأنشطة تحت مسؤوليته، تشمل الأنظمة التي تم فحصها والوثائق التي تمت مراجعتها وأي قرارات صادرة من الجهات المختصة في الموقع
  • المساعدة في مراجعات التصميم المتعلقة بقابلية التشغيل عند الطلب، وإعداد وثائق عالية الجودة ودقيقة تتضمن التوصيات والاعتبارات

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة MEP / هندسة خدمات المباني، أو درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية، أو درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة خدمات المباني
  • دبلوم كلية في هندسة MEP / هندسة خدمات المباني، أو شهادة HNC أو HND أو ما يعادلها
  • شهادة كلية في هندسة MEP / هندسة خدمات المباني، أو شهادة ONC أو OND أو ما يعادلها
  • خبرة تدريبية مهنية في MEP مع شهادة City & Guilds
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال العمل ذي الصلة مع درجة هندسية
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال العمل ذي الصلة مع دبلوم كلية
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في مجال العمل ذي الصلة مع شهادة كلية أو شهادة مهنية
  • مرغوب فيه وليس شرطاً أساسياً: حصول المرشح على لقب Chartered Engineer
  • مرغوب فيه وليس شرطاً أساسياً: حصول المرشح على لقب Incorporated Engineer
  • مرغوب فيه وليس شرطاً أساسياً: التأهيل في CSA Grade 5
  • مرغوب فيه وليس شرطاً أساسياً: حصول المرشح على اعتماد Certified Commissioning Authority مع BCA أو ACG أو NEBB

  • إدارة المشاريع والتسليم التشغيلي: خبرة مثبتة في التخصص مع سجل من المشاريع العديدة بقيمة (150 ألف دولار) أُنجزت بشكل مستقل وبتقييم عالٍ من العملاء، وإدارة المشاريع المعقدة وحل مشكلاتها، والمساهمة في تبسيط العمليات المشتركة بين الأقسام ورفع الكفاءة
  • القيادة وإدارة الفرق: القدرة على إدارة تنفيذ المشروع بشكل مستقل وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق الأقل خبرة أو إرشاد حديثي التخرج
  • الحس التجاري وتطوير الأعمال: إعداد الميزانيات ومتابعتها والمصروفات وضبط التكاليف، وإدارة العلاقات مع الموردين والتفاوض على العقود وضمان المشتريات الفعالة من حيث التكلفة، والمساهمة في النجاح التجاري للقسم

Job Purpose

Senior Commissioning Engineer is a senior role within the commissioning project team, the person undertaking this role is a technical authority in chosen discipline and a leader within the team. They are self-motivated, support the project manager with delivery of project scope, and provide training and coaching to the team.

Qualification / Experience

  • MEP / Building Services Engineering Degree
  • BSc Mechanical Engineering
  • BSc Building Services Engineering
  • MEP / Building Services Engineering College Diploma
  • HNC, HND or equivalent
  • MEP / Building Services Engineering College Certificate
  • ONC, OND or equivalent
  • MEP Trade Time Served + City & Guilds Certificate
  • Minimum 8 years of job-related experience + Engineering Degree
  • Minimum 10 years of job-related experience + College Diploma
  • Minimum 12 years of job-related experience + College or Trade Certificate
  • Chartered Engineer, desirable but not essential
  • Incorporated Engineer, desirable but not essential
  • CSA Grade 5 qualified, desirable but not essential
  • Certified Commissioning Authority with BCA, ACG or NEBB, desirable but not essential

GENERAL EXPECTANCY

Responsibilities

  • Independently conduct site inspections in selected discipline
  • Review design information, tolerances and agreed methods of working
  • Assess whether test procedures and recorded results demonstrate compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice
  • Assist with reviewing project documentation for compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice
  • Report issues found to senior team members in a clear, accurate and concise manner
  • Liaise with contractors commissioning team in a professional manner
  • Carry out site observations with respect to quality of installation
  • Produce documentation to a high standard, including Site Observation Reports
  • Monitor installation, submittals and use of engineering tools adhering to project and commissioning guideline
  • Participate in meetings and workshops when required
  • Technical authority and leader within the project team and division
  • Support, mentor, and train colleagues
  • Track completion of tasks, prepare lookaheads and trackers for project milestones
  • Keep daily diary of events and activities under your control, including systems inspected, documents reviewed, and any decision made by authorities on site
  • Assist with commission ability design reviews when requested and produce high-quality detail-oriented documentation with recommendations and considerations

Ability to independently project manage delivery and guide junior team members within the project team or mentoring junior team members / graduates. Provide guidance and leadership to more junior team members.

Proficiency in creating and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control. Managing relationships with project vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement. Client-oriented and contributes to commercial success of the division.
