المهام والمسؤوليات

- أداء مهام التنظيف الروتينية مثل جمع النفايات وصيانة دورات المياه والكنس
- المساعدة في تجهيز الحديقة ورفع التجهيزات للفعاليات والمعالم السياحية
- مراقبة وتجديد المستلزمات في دورات المياه والمناطق العامة
- تقديم المساعدة للزوار بالإجابة على الاستفسارات وتوجيههم
- المساعدة في إدارة العناصر المفقودة والموجودة
- الترويج لسياسات الحديقة ولوائحها لضمان سلامة ورضا الزوار
- التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى لتلبية احتياجات الزوار وحل المشكلات
- الالتزام بجميع بروتوكولات وإجراءات السلامة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في مجال خدمة العملاء أو الضيافة (يفضل)
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى والتعامل مع مهام متعددة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالنظافة
- القدرة على العمل بساعات مرنة تشمل المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية
